I'm on my second summer now using this footstool. Matches my LL Bean Adirondack perfectly. It's stain resistant, sturdy and easy to assemble. Would buy again.

The only thing you need to do to put these together is swivel two pieces and put the bolts through and tighten them and they’re ready to go. They’re also pretty comfortable, and we have had one in the sun on our back porch for 6 to 7 months and it still looks new. They are made of that same kind of material that park benches are made of now and can take the sun, rain, etc. pretty nice item.

We put together 8 chairs, 8 ottomans and 2 rockers for a total of 18 pieces (lots of parts!) and out of all of those only one hole was drilled incorrectly. After a couple, Hubz and I put each chair together in minutes and ottomans were a breeze. I think in a few months we'll tighten the bolts again just in case as we would with any other furniture we've put together.Hubz is 6'4" and likes a lumbar pillow with any chair he sits in, these included. When fully relaxing a little slouched and we put our heads back we feel like it's a little bit far but we cut up color coordinated pool noodles and stuck them on the top and it's perfect. Goofy solution I know but totally works. I will update later as to wear and tear as they are outdoor uncovered but not in a super sunny location. But I will say so far we are impressed with the weight, construction and look of the chairs. Very cheerful bright and we love them!

After using similar styled ottomans at my sisters house I looked into purchasing a couple for my chairs. I found the Polywood variety to be about $200 more each and really not available. After looking at the different varieties of manufacturers offerings, I decided upon these, which were among the least expensive. I found them to be of similar quality to my chairs and a very close match in red. Navy Blue was a little off compared to the chairs, but was close enough, especially for the price. There are quite a few other color options to choose from to mix and match. They are also easy to assemble and come with the hardware and tools if needed. Recommended.

I just finished assembly of this set and have to say I found no negatives at all to report! The boxes came very well packaged with only the typical box damage from the shipping handling. Packaging of all the parts was very well done with zero damage at all. All the individual pieces were very well finished with nice smoothing of the edges and well-drilled holes. Assembly went well, with really excellent hardware throughout. Everything went together accurately with all holes placed just as needed. Just remember to leave all the bolts slightly loose and everything goes together nicely. One big suggestion I found from assembling the second chair: leave the parts laying flat and folded down on the floor for steps 1 through 3. This makes it WAY easier to handle as you go. Step 4 is trickiest, I found if you insert the locking pin in the front leg and just stand the chair into normal sitting position made it very easy to assemble the little Locking Blocks into place. All in all, this is a very well made set that appears to use top-notch materials and should provide a long life of use! Highly recommended. Oh BTW, they are really comfortable too!
