After leading Washington Shoe Company to its 125th year anniversary, Rob Moehring and his two sons, Mark and Karl, wanted to make an impact to celebrate this milestone, so they launched the Wear A Big Smile Foundation. Spearheaded by the foundation's president, Mark Moehring, creating smiles is exactly what they do.
Together, they pursued a common passion of helping people with the goal of giving back to the community. They know a good pair of shoes can go a long way for someone in need.

I wear rubber boots for work, and my nephew wanted to match. He loves them, he can run around in them and they don't weigh him down, they hold up to all his rigorous playing, he loves the way they look. He can play in puddles all day long without slipping and sliding around.

The rainbow with embedded glitter is so cute and my 3.5 year old wears this around the house because she’s obsessed. She wears size 7 shoes and we got the boots in 7/8, which seems to fit more like a 7 than an 8.The only thing I’m unhappy with is the sticky tag on the inside of the boots. They arrived peeling, gooey, and unbelievably sticky and only got worse once I peeled off the sticker.

I bought a size up, I thought my 3 year old can wear thick socks as she growth spurts into the next size and it was a good move!These boots are sturdy and water/mud proof, yet the coolest/prettiest/most awesome shade of hot deep pink with sparkles! The handles are key because she can pull them on and off with total independence (a toddler parent dream). The soles light up when she stomps and that is just amazing.These boots are an excellent purchase. I’m considering purchasing the next few sizes now in case they aren’t available later- that’s how great they are!

These rainboots are super cute, durable, comfy (per my 7 year old) and luckily there was no smell of any kind, as stated in other reviews of this boot. I purchased the Space boots and the Pink boots. We're getting good use of them in the PNW rainy weather.The Space boots are super nice and the drawings are subtle, so they match any outfit! Once you get close enough you see the awesome planets. My son was stoked once he realized there were space/planet designs on it.The pink boot is a bit darker than the picture, more on the Magenta side which I actually preferred, so keep that in mind. My daughter LOVES them! She is 2 and has figured out how to slip them on using the handles and now I can't get her to wear anything else LOL.Highly recommend both rainboots. I didn't realize they lit up so that was a plus.

Just got these in today, and they're just as we expected them to be. Our child (is almost a year old and in the 95th percentile for height/ she is HUGE for her age) wears size 5 Garanimals shoes, and not all brands are the same. Some size 5's are too small, but not these.Thankfully these have about an inch or so of growing room. Love that the insides have a fabric lining, and handles to pull on too.The navy blue color we got is beautiful and matches our little girls raincoat. It's a rich, and deep royal blue color. A shade or so darker than a Pepsi blue.Have to mention, she loves the lights. She will spin in circles with her head down, mesmerized, just watching them.I know I loved lights in my shoes as a kid, and I know most other kids will too. It's also a fun way to find them, and know where they are if they wander off a bit on dark days. These are very bright. When they came in the mail they were glowing through the packaging, if that helps clarify. Hahaha.They will be on your kids feet, so they won't hurt anyones eyes unless you're kicked in the face with them. Heh heh
