2 Way Cedar Shoe Stretcher
Shoe stretchers are best suited to breaking in shoes that are barely too tight, or expanding shoes that are close to the right size.
Working on flat-sole footwear including pumps, running shoes, loafers, slippers, sneakers and flats. Shoe stretchers will work best for suede, leather, and other natural materials.

How to Use
Insert Stretcher
Place the shoe stretcher into the shoe. Ensure the toe block is fully closed and that it touches the end of the toe box. Also ensure the heel block is tucked within the shoe, when stretching your shoe lengthwise.
Rotate Clockwise
Turn the lengthening wheel to ensure the fit is snug. Rotate the wheel clockwise to move the heel block towards your shoe’s heel counter to make the toe block wider, or stretch the length. Insert spot stretching plugs where you need pressure point relief.
Standing Time
Leave the stretcher in for 6 – 10 hours, and then check for fit. If you need additional stretching, put the stretcher back in and wait another 8 hours. It may take 24 – 48 hours to achieve the right fit.
Pull Out
Remove the shoe stretcher, turn the handle counterclockwise after stretch your shoe lengthwise or widthwise, and pull out.

Product is ok if you are stretching the length but NOT wide enough to stretch the width of the shoes.the real reason I purchased the stretcher in the first place. may be good for small size ladies' shoes.

I am limited in finding golf shoes because of my size at 14W. Certain makes are tight even though labeled W. T.he stretchers helped expand the width to be more comfortable. In the case of my needs, it took several lengthy times to get the shoes where they needed to be. This was due more to the shoe than the stretcher.

I bought these shoe stretchers for ladies flat shoes, mostly of man-made fabric materials, one pair of shoes were tennis shoes. I think my feet grew slightly or when I had new specialty soles put on it changed the room in my toes. Using the stretchers allowed me to wear the shoes all day with no pressure or pain in the toe area.These stretchers are well made, the wooden form is strong and adjusting the length and width of the stretchers when in the shoe is easy. The little buttons that are included gave my shoe even more comfort when I used them to expand the edge of my shoe that was rubbing on top of my foot near the ball of my big toe. I recommend these stretchers highly.

Works fine but - It DOD NOT come with the plastic inserts that are shown in the listing which are seemingly important if you need to stretch width rather than just stretch length. (Came with a free shoe bag which I threw away.) Works fine for my need though, so I didn't take the time or effort to return it.
