1st one I received the door fell off the hinges by day 2, contacted the company who said they'd send me another door but I'd have to pay shipping. Amazon ended up sending a replacement.2nd dryer doesn't even dry anything.These were both supposed to be brand new dryers but somehow seem to be used and broken
