This is an edited review, in fact pretty much a new one. The product itself is very easy to install and works fairly well with surprisingly good video day and night and the microphone picks up the slightest sounds. However, it is inconsistent as far as picking up people. Some videos are very short and useless and do not follow people while a few are longer and do. I get too many false alerts in which I get the rectangle but no one is present in the video and at other times I don't get the rectangle or don't get it when someone is present. The white light flashes when it does pick up a person but due to the false alerts I had to disable the siren. Customer service is apparently nonexistent and I have received no reply after three or four attempts. They do push their cloud service which is not unreasonably priced but given their lack of customer service I frankly don't trust them with my credit card numbers. If I keep it, I think the best I can hope for is that it will deter intruders who see it by simply being there. However, I haven't decided whether I will keep it or return it and order another brand. On the whole I'm partially satisfied with some things but very dissatisfied with others.

So far the best quality security camera I've used to date. Doesn't break the bank and has a long range for wifi connection. The picture quality is clear. Many options when using the app. 360 rotation, alarm and two way audio to talk and listen.

Affordable and high quality images, great gimbal and 360 degree function both manual and automated, these cameras track what ever motion activated them, great functionality fun to maneuver around with and check the area they can cover from the comfort of and security of the couch. Low profile cameras, makes them not so noticeable. Very easy to use through the app, and durable with the weather having been down to 0 F they have not had any issues! Good security for the low price! I did purchase the micro SD cards, and one of them the yearly cloud coverage. I’d for sure buy again!

Best camara. Best price. Very good color accuracy. You can do zoom , 360, 2 way talk ,from your phone. Very good functional. It’s worth it. Easy installation. I recommend.

This camera is awesome, and for the price, it can't be beat. Good picture, easy to setup with app. Get this, you can watch camera on your phone with ease. Now, here's what you need to know: 1) Says it works great with Alexa. Couldn't test, unfortunately I don't have any Alexas stuff :( . I'm went with Google junk before Alexa was really mainstream, and can't pay for the switch on all the devices and plus. Does NOT work with Google. Knew that going in though, hoping they'll fix that with software updates. 2) I use it in an outdoor hanging lantern-like light fixture. Daytime is okay, using the night vision I get reflections off the glass of the light fixture. (not problem with the camera, but something to know). 3) Here's a plus the didn't tell you, or I completely missed. It also comes with a tiny adapter to you can plug it into an outlet and not just have to screw it into a light fixture. If you like my reviews, check out my Public Wish List! ;)

This is my first experience with any kind of security device, so I have nothing to compare with, but I have to say, it has been reliable and efficient. It does not cut out on me, I am running it 24/7 with an SD card, and it has missed nothing. Day vision is great. I can see nearly everything on my block as I pan my camera. The sound is great too. A couple of days ago I could have (but didn't) eavesdropped on my postman as he was talking on a cell phone across the street. That's impressive. I like the way I can get playback on my smart phone--it's easy for me to check what's happened when I'm not home.Night vision had been great up to about 15 feet. I don't know if that is normal or not. I can see things that are close to my house very clearly, but it drops off quickly after that. I can see cars that pass in front of my home, but not enough to make much of them and people fade into darkness that pass on my sidewalk. But should anyone come close to the house, the view is great. It seems to follow people quite well most of the time. Though I live in a city, I have deer that come right to the porch at night, as well as feral cats, and I get good coverage of them. I had no idea a 12 point monster mule deer buck lived in my neighborhood but I have great night shots of him now.For the price especially, I am very pleased with this camera. I think I will look for another one that will give me better night distance and clarity, as I am specifically needing a camera for protection against a stalker, but I will keep this one running too. I've only had it a couple of weeks, but it has handled -20 temps at night and snow and has been a champ. And it was super simple to hook up and operate. If they are all like mine, I heartily recommend it.I am adding to my review. I've had this camera at least a month and a half and it is still working great, especially in minus degree temps. I have bought 3 other brands of cameras and returned them all for panning, connection and lag issues. I'm going to try a second one of this brand and see how it compares to the first. Hopefully as well - I will update when I do.
