I'm actually using these to hold down a bird feeder pole that keeps pulling out of the ground. These anchor screws are larger than I expected--the screw part of each metal anchor is almost 11" high. Once I found some soil that didn't have large rocks below it, I was able to get these screw anchors all the way down (with the help of a large screwdriver used as a lever to turn the top of the anchor screw).

I live in a high wind area. Near a Great Lake. The wind have taken the hoop down more than once. We had a thaw recently along with high winds a couple days later. The materials seem well made. The hoop didn't move at all during high winds. Overall it is easy to install and works very well.

It comes with two spiral ground anchors. And one adjustable strap. The adjustable straps say that it will fit different models of basketball goal. Very great quality. Absolutely easy to use and put together. I like that the straps are adjustable. Because of course, when you do play basketball and you have a base for it it will loosen up as you keep playing. It’s exactly what I wanted!

Great to have! We've had similar ones for the trampoline. Now these are perfect for the basketball hoop. We have very strong winds so we wanted to make sure we had this extra protection in place from the start. So glad we have them, as we've already experienced strong winds and had no issues.
