Designed for use with the WEN 6510 Oscillating Spindle Sander, this set includes six 80-grit sleeves, six 120-grit sleeves and six 240-grit sleeves to meet a variety of applications. Each grit includes a total of six different diameter sleeves: 1/2 inch, 3/4 inch, 1 inch, 1-1/2 inch, 2 inch and 3 inch.

They certainly work for sanding. I bought them for my Wen expecting that they'd fit best. Either these are made the same as their tools, poorly, or they're made too big to stay on the rubber sleeve. When I replace my Wen I'll know more about them

Likes - good value.I particularly wanted a single grit set of rolls rather than the multi-grit, and end up having too many unused ones.Dislikes - I originally said it was a perfect fit. It's actually a bit of a tight fit, but I was able to use them by rubbing a little bit of hard bar soap on the rubber drum. It breaks the friction between the surface of the drum and the inside of the sanding roll. The roll doesn't slip once the expansion nut is tightened.I use them on my Mastercraft oscillating sander. This machine is the same as the Triton, Wen, Grizzly and other models. I assume they will fit similarly on these and other brands.I would buy them again.

I've used the various sanding sleeves on both plywood and extremely hard rock maple woods and they lasted through two large projects and still have a useful life left.

Just make sure it's snug on your spindle sander and let the sandpaper do the work. Also get yourself a sand paper eraser brick to keep these like new. Do those three things and these should last you a while even with moderate use. The grits are accurate and leave nice even results. I don't approve of some of WENs power tools but these are good quality.

This is a pretty good assortment for the price and they do do the job, for the most part. I haven't used all the grits or all the sizes but I've experienced considerable build-up of material on a couple of the medium-grit sleeves. I do consistently use a crepe cleaning stick with all my power sanding tools, and do not try to "get by" with lighter weight grits when a more aggressive cut is called for. That said, I am still relatively pleased with this purchase and would buy the assortment again.
