Very flimsy design. Park/Neutral positions will not maintain switch contact. Slightest touch will cause erratic switch contact. Not even close to acceptable. Returning.

My truck is over 30 years old and the reverse lights would not come on at the right time no matter how much I adjusted the old one. This fixed those issues. My old one did not have the last electrical tab. I just left it. Works perfect.

Super easy to install and adjust. Snaps in on the lower part of the steering column. To adjust it all you do is slide it side to side and see if the reverse lights come on.

Fixed reverse lights on my 88 Blazer. Make sure all the broken pieces from the old part are removed before trying to install the new one. Can't see on top of the steering column very easily. Went in no problem and is working so far.
