Printer friendly: Smooth surface prints on laser and inkjet printer machines.Both pigment Ink and dye Ink can be used to print on vellum paper and they all produce crisp, long-lasting prints. But pigment inks are generally more stable on vellum paper, less likely to blur or penetrate, and are suitable for more delicate and long-lasting printing needs and the dye ink may penetrate slightly on its surface, resulting in some blurry or blurry effects. Therefore, it is advisable to perform an ink test to ensure the desired printing effect when printing with dye ink.

I bought this transparency paper in hopes of using it to print sewing patterns generated by my pattern-making software. I thought it would be easier to cut out the patterns if the paper was translucent, and it was! The paper is translucent but not so delicate that it wouldn't survive my inkjet printer. The printing didn't smear and I was able to assemble the pages into the pieces I needed. Very nice!

Printed photos for lantern and they printed beautifully. The battery powered candle inside the lantern illuminated through perfectly.

use it 2 print pictures of maps and such in the bible so when the city comes up I have a visual it easier when you see the places

I will be buying more once I run out! This is a great help in Bible Journaling. I use it add pages so I can see the page to add other Bible verses. I would recommend this to anyone who is an artist, crafter and Bible journaling person.

This lightweight vellum works great in my ink jet printer! I use it for card making. The ink stays wet long enough so that I can add embossing powder. I finish by heat setting the powder. This vellum withstands the heat and doesn't wrinkle or warp.

Prints better than standard printer paper, however, I suggest you monitor each page you print out and are ready to remove it immediately and possibly place between two clean, flat surfaces -- keeps paper from rolling up. Although I found this out the hard way, it did not impact the quality of my printed designs. Simply placed images between two white, blank (16x24) canvases then weighed it down overnight. Black and white prints seem to shoot out and remain straight, while multi-colored prints curl up and require a tiny bit of "baby-sitting". HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT! I was skeptical about it being compatible with my photo printer and doing what I needed it to do -- turns out, it removed all doubt. Ordering two (2) more packages today. Sixty-five (65) sheets for less than $7.00...AMAZING! Attached photos of 1 b/w print, 1 sepia-toned print and 1 original digitally redesigned, multi-colored print. No filters. All colors are exactly as I intended.

The product was what you would expect for vellum. However, the part I didn't like was how thin it is. As others have mentioned, it is ok if you are looking for that weight, but if you need something heavier, it won't do the trick.
