I am enjoying this hoop. I purchased the biggest size they had and I am already more than a month in using it. I have taken off 1 piece to shorten it since I started. So far 20lbs down. It is really easy to use and doesn't take up space. I find time flys by when using it. I had seen other brands for higher prices. Happy I was able to find this brand.

4 stars just because I was thinking it would be more of an intense core workout, but in reality I would say it’s more of a light cardio workout. However, as someone with a difficult history with working out and mental health, I am always looking for things that are fun ways to get me up and moving without feeling too much like a traditional workout, and this definitely fits the bill. Once you get used to how to keep it spinning, it is simple and easy to keep going for a while without tiring. So instead of spending my lunch break laying on the couch watching a tv show, I can instead spend it watching that tv show (with headphones, as this is somewhat loud) while moving my body and working up a light sweat, which is more exercise than I would have gotten otherwise.Tl;dr this isn’t likely to dramatically snatch your waist anytime soon, but it is a great way to get yourself up and moving if you are just wanting to introduce some movement into your day.

Un hula hoop fitness adapté aux morpho XXL. Ils mettent une corde à sauter dans la boîte avec également avec un mètre pour se mesurer régulièrement, c'est vraiment un kit complet bien pensé.L'objet est tout en plastique léger, et veiller à faire attention de ne pas le faire tomber pour pas que ça casse. Ça fait un peu de bruit mais je trouve cela pratique justement pour sentir le poids dans l'espace avec le son.Depuis fin juillet que je l'ai commandé, je l'utilise 30min tous les soirs après repas sur fond de musique. L'effet massant y est, ça soulage le dos ET le ventre si on est sujet aux problèmes gastriques, ça aide vachement.En une semaine on sent déjà des effets bénéfiques. Et si on est pas trop sport comme moi, c'est une activité ludique qui fait oublier que c'est du sport.

I haven’t used the hoop long enough to truly see results but so far I can say this -It is very user friendly and frankly, a lot of fun! Fun workouts mean I’m way more likely to keep up - and I’m all about that!My hoop is a nice soft shade of green and kind of cute for what it is lolMy only complain (and this is a ME problem btw) is that my dogs love this this and tend to get in the way when I’m using it. lol. I’m short and my dogs have gotten clocked in the head a few times at this point: you’d think they’d learn lol

So easy to assemble, quiet, and seems very sturdy. It is easy to use and the color is very pretty. So far, I can only do 10 min at a time but I am just starting out. I’m really excited to see how it works out for me!I’ve been searching for a good Infiniti-hoop and am really glad to have found this one!

I've been getting more into being healthier and trying to lose weight, so I bought this! When I was younger I used to have a hula hoop that because weighted from rain getting in it, and it worked amazingly! This one works very similarly, except its not one of those regular circle hula hoops!When it arrived and I showed my mom, she was very excited because she's been wanting to try one for a while, so I'll be sharing this one or maybe buying another one for her as a gift.I plan to use this more during the winter and summer, when I cant ride my bike long distances as much, but I am going to use it a couple times a week now in fall and in spring.The weight is very good, and is easy to get it started once you figure it out, for me it took about a minute. The slide rails are very easy to connect and disconnect, along with putting the weight and string holding it into the track. It is a bit loud, it would be nice if it was quieter, but I understand why it's loud. I don't mind the volume, but I know some people don't want it to be loud.It came with a jump rope, and two measuring tapes (that worked differently)! I must have not seen that it came with them because I was suprised when I saw them!Overall, very nice quality, easy to use, but it is loud!

This is perfect, I am a big lady and this fits me perfectly and I have extra links left over. My boyfriend who is even bigger then I am is able to use this Hulu hoop as well 😃It is excellent exercise, I put on some tunes and get my exercise in. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone of all sizes. It is supper easy to add or remove links to make it bigger/smaller. It is supper sturdy!
