Very sturdy and comes with good hardware. Just make sure you run the lags into studs and you’ll be fine.

So far they are working perfect. Screwed them into a wood post in my garage. You'll need to drill a pilot hole and a socket to screw the bolts in.

I have two sets of these to hang my bumper plates on and they work great. I think the max I have on one holder right now is 100 pounds and there's no movement out of it at all. Easy to hang and work/look great in the gym.

2 of the 4 had a bend to them allowing my plates to slide if bumped. I hammered them a few times and the bend went away. They look great, easy to mount, and make my backyard gym more organized.
