I bought this simply to hang off the bar (stretching) longer without taxing my forearms. For that, it's great. I think for lifts and even pull ups hooks are too long and it would feel awkward. Softer, basic straps would be better. It's well made and for what I use it for, ideal.

These are great. I was experiencing weakness in my hands which was limiting the number of pullups I could do. Using these, that problem has gone away. Now my efforts are concentrated on the pullups and not holding onto the bar. I increased my wide grip pullups from sets of 6 to sets of 10 on the first use. Highly recommend.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but these hooks are excellent and have really helped me increase my deadlift weight and reps.You can still retain your best grip strength by holding the bar naturally until your grip gives out, then letting the hooks take over for the last few reps.This allows you to target the muscle groups you want to take close to failure without your grip giving out first!Very well made and comfortable to wear, I’d recommend these hooks to anyone who wants to take their deadlifts and back exercises to a higher level.

Exactly what I needed to be able to increase weights on multiple exercises where my hands are not strong enough. Recommends them for hand injury training where you can't hold weights or pulley due to pain, weakness or discomfort. Will buy again.

All'inizio ero un pĂČ scettico ma li ho presi perchĂš ho un problema all'anulare destro che mi impedisce di caricare bene durante alcuni esercizi; devo dire che funzionano bene e permettono, durante gli esercizi di trazione, di scaricare buona parte della forza dall'articolazione delle dita al polso.La fascia che cinge il polso Ăš robusta e il velcro di chiusura Ăš ben solido ( in foto la prova al pulley basso con 30 Kg e mano aperta e resta ben chiuso).La parte del gancio Ăš robusta ma leggermente ingombrante; all'inizio bisogna abituarsi all'uso, ma dopo il loro utilizzo Ăš estremamente semplice.Assolutamente sconsigliati per gli allenamenti dei bicipiti perchĂš rendono la presa, sia sui manubri che sul bilanciere, estremamente scomoda e instabile.Un prodotto che, in modo semplice e intuitivo, consente di effettuare esercizi di trazione senza caricare eccessivamente sulle articolazioni delle dita.
