Product material is a little thin for being used as a “weightlifting” belt. Does offer some support, but the stability of the material questionable.Size - is wrong! I wear a 36 waist normally for comfort. Ordered large, when I pull it tight the two ends touch and I can not get it any tighter for more support. So, I you want solid support order a size down maybe.Durability- we will see, with the thin materials I am not expecting a long lasting belt.

Not sure what others are compal8ng about with fit. My waist is 35 inches. Got the large. I am able to secure it tight.Perfect fit. Good support.
