I love this thing so far in the short time i've had it. Its nice to know the exact weight your loading onto your vehicle's hitch. The initial quality is perfect. I couldnt ask for more. I hope the scale lasts now. Time will tell. I will update in the future if it malfunctions.

Want to make a person happy, get this hitch for them! What a time saver, easy to adjust height position, just seams to make hitch-up easier & no guessing if your trailer it tongue heavy. Will replace it if it ever breaks.

I initially really liked this product, but the weight gauge broke after just a couple of uses. What’s even more disappointing is the customer support. They promised to send an RMA and repair it under warranty, but after that, they stopped responding and completely ignored my follow-up attempts.

What’s not to love? It’s adjustable up and down and the scale helps so much to know how much tongue weight I’ve got and how the load is laid out in our camper.

I love this hitch. I bought it a few months ago and have used it many many times. It gives me a very good measurement of my tongue weight, and it hasn’t had any issues at all.I got the 10” drop because I wasn’t sure what drop I would need. Turns out I only needed 7”, and the extra 3” drop makes it sometimes hit the ground on low clearance spots. I recommend getting an accurate measurement first before purchasing. But other than that, there have been no problems with this and it has helped me a ton!

I’m thrilled to report that my new towing setup actually works – and works brilliantly! Hooked up my trailer, which weighs in at a solid 3,800 pounds, and the scale went to 380 pounds, right in line with the 10-15 percent rule. It felt smooth and stable, making towing a breeze. It’s a rare moment when everything goes exactly as planned, and boy, does it feel good!

Well built and sturdy. Also a very convenient way to make sure the right amount of weight is on the tongue of the trailer. However, for light loads at least, the weight meter on mine was not very accurate. Out of the box, the needle does not even move for tongue weights under about 200 lbs. And at 400 lbs, it only showed a weight of about 275 lbs. This weight is fairly low on its scale and it seem to get more accurate as it got closer to the middle of its scale. (Tested by adding my own weight to the tongue.) But for those of us who are only towing 4,000 or 5,000 lbs., tongue weight is normally around 400 to 500 lbs.

Easy to change ball great for determining tongue weight for a smooth rod. This little gadget is very impressive. I love this product. This is me loading a trailer so much easier than guessing how much tongue weight you should have an actual weight when this thing tells you straight up. This is extremely handy and I’ll be buying one for every truck. I am. I am very impressed on how good this hitch works in the clamshell design for the ball. Change was a great idea. Just don’t forget and leave it up there as replacements can be expensive.
