Two of the four devices are not working in my test circuit, they read a steady 0 degrees C with known good thermocouples from the working 6675's (same circuit).I contacted the seller and discussed the issue. The went out of their way to resolve the issue. Much appreciated!

I do not buy a lot of no-name electronics. But I was stuck because Maxim has discontinued the MAX6675 and I have an existing design that uses these boards. I do not know whether these are seconds or excess stock, but in either case they work with my existing circuitry. I have not tested them across the full rated temperature range or limits of supply voltage to know if they meet the full spec. But they do work at room temperature and the output is in agreement with other thermocouple measurements.

I bought these for a prototype project. The package came with one of the threaded inserts badly damaged. Luckily, the design only needed one of the four included. It was replaced with a more accurate, albeit more expensive, sensor in the final design. It served its purpose for preliminary testing however and my kid is learning something by playing qith the other two.

Everything works as described, tested from 0-100C at the advertised 4MHz.The only gripe I have is that the included thermocouple is fairly bulky, leading to slow thermal response times. They show the thermocouple in the advertisement though so this is my bad, not theirs.

The max 6675 boards work fine.... but the thermocouples that come with are junk. Very temperamental. They would cut in/out if you moved them around.I ordered these strictly for the max 6675 boards too pair with arduino nano and esp32 div boards so the doesn't bother me. (Note: make sure you use ungrounded thermocouples if using more than one on a project) Just FYI
