I broke my cover and have never been able to get the right size spool. Now I have and it makes a great difference when it fits the equivalent and gets the job done. I even have spares.

The string doesn't seem to cut into the base of the heavier weeds but one spool lasts quite a while so I should be good for a few years with this purchase. It could also be that the weed wacker is also not as powerful as the gas powered ones so it has a problem with larger weeks.

Bought these to use on my weed wacker from Home Depot. SO much cheaper than in the store! The caps always get worn down by the nature of use so I loved that this had multiple ones plus all the whip!
