I put it on the bed to prop me up for watching TV, I also sleep on it sometimes. Soft but firm...love it!

I cannot figure out how or why, but this pillow cured my back pain. I used to wake up in pain every day, now I just wedge it against my back and wake up feeling great. Too bad they don't sell covers for it.

Had a large abdominal surgery and this wedge was perfect. Excellent size and the wedge edge is sharp and allows for easy adjusting to give you as much or as little support as you need. It's fits my ebrote torso and I'm 6.2. Offered support for my abdominal incision.

A great product had knee surgery and had a tooth pulled came in handy to raise my knee for inflamation. Helped lifting my head to prevent throbbing and discomfort at nightItem is sturdy a great purchase a must buy i purchased the larger size is recommend
