I ordered this refurbished unit to save some money. There are cheaper brands but this one seems the most consistently recommended. I didn’t want to go through several tries.I unpackaged this and painstakingly made sure the distance of the antennas and direction facing were correct. Nada, no improvement on signal.I fiddled with it, my mobile home is only 10x59 and I had it as far away as possible and couldn’t get any improvement. I picked up the indoor unit parts and took them into the middle bedroom to lay them on the bed to repack for return. I don’t know what made me try but I went ahead and plugged it in and it worked! I went from 1-2 bars to 3-4. I can stream video on my phone, make calls sometimes can still be fuzzy but overall worth it. I can use phone as a hot spot for very light work creating and saving small documents to the cloud but anything intensive is too much for it. I am in the mountains, only one tower in the area, in a ‘60s mobile home (metal). I used to have one spot in the yard to make calls. Now I can comfortably make calls through the home.It’s more reliable than my starlink here. I have used starlink other places an just put the phone on internet calling but here there are too many drops. I work remotely and it’s important for reliable connections. This has fixed my phone issues. Appreciated that even though it is refurbished it comes packaged very nicely and has a warranty

Install was straightforward and not too time consuming. Operation of device doesn’t prove out to be “multi room” in that we get 5 bars ATT only in livingroom where the indoor antenna is placed. We have a smaller home of 1300 square feet. Reception in upstairs spaces is way weaker. Only 2 bars upstairs so although it works, the signal is not so great. I would have a hard time calling the booster multi room. It’s ok performance but not excellent.

I have T mobile. I live in a small town and cannot get any service, that is until I purchased this booster. We can walk around our house and about 50ft outside with out loosing signals. We had another exact booster at our previous house we used it for many years, then left it for the new owners. Great product. I would highly recommend to everyone.

Mounted on a 25' antenna, Reception did increase, but not enough to make a huge difference.Might try again once my 60' antenna tower is up.The inside unit does get very warm.

I purchased a refurbished unit. The packaging was very simple as compared to the new retail units. However, all the components were individually packaged and everything appeared to be in like-new condition. It was considerably less expensive than a new retail packaged unit. Installation was simple and straight forward. I tried this booster to help improve the cellular signal in the back of our home where the our cell phones were basically unusable. Before, to use our cell phones we would have go up to the second floor of our home. So, did the booster make a difference? I'll say! Now the signal strength in the problem areas have gone from Zero to Five bars of 5G. Even people calling us have commented how clear the calls are now as compared to before. While a little pricey, this is a product that works as advertised and has solved a real problem for us. Good job weBoost!
