It is important that the bumper remains free of any dirt and debris throughout installation.

Center BumperTopper
Center on bumper using character lines of your bumper aligning with Center Mark for proper placement

Hold in Place
Held in place on your bumper, outline the edges of it on your bumper with masking tape.

Once You Outline It
Use the included alcohol pads to deep clean the contact area, then let dry completely.

Grasp Adhesive Liner
Pull gently with one hand while applying light, even pressure with your opposite hand.

The bumper protector is a very quick and easy way to protect the top of the rear bumper paint.If you haul stuff in the pack of you Pilot (or any SUV), you know it's only a matter of time before something scuffs the paint. We bought this as soon as we bought the Pilot, since our previous vehicle has suffered the wrath of moving boxes before we put a similar cover on it.Installation is simple. Just make sure you follow the instructions and don't rush it.

After reading a few of the reviews, I have concluded that people don’t read the instructions properly!! The weather tech bumper protector fits perfect. But again, I did exactly what they said. The only thing I added, was that it was colder than the 16*C they recommended, so I used a heat gun to warm the surface of the bumper and the protector. It stuck perfectly, no lifting on the corners, etc,etc🤣. This piece is as close to factory as you can get.

I purchased this for my new 2025 Honda Pilot. My son is a catcher and destroyed my previous cars bumper with his bag! This is already a game changer and fit my car perfectly as promised!

I saw other reviewers that said it did not fit well but I attributed that to perhaps cold weather. Nope! Mine fit the same say. Both ends have a gap and the tape does not fix. Also, not much plastic for $61. Not sure how $5 worth of plastic turns into $61. Way over priced. I want to buy US made products but with this kind of quality and value issues, they is not going to convince me to.

I would actually rate as a zero, if possible.Installation directions state to slightly peel back the red backing-film on the adhesive strips creating a tab to pull. Position the topper, then slowly pull the red backing strip tabs to adhere the adhesive strip to the bumper.In theory I’m sure this would seem to work perfectly, but in this case three of the adhesive strip worked perfect and the fourth backing film/red tab broke after approximately 3” of peeling off the backing film. Needless to say there is no way peel off the balance of the backer and attempting to do so, only causes the topper to snap in half, as I experienced.I thought the topper felt it could be too brittle to stand up to what goes into the back of an SUV, and had concerns that a suitcase, golf club bag, or any other relatively hard object could crack it. Though I thought it would crack after installation, not while being installed.Currently attempting to get a no charge replacement sent to me.Depending on what I hear back, I’m not confidant enough to recommend this product to anyone.

It arrived quickly and fits a 2025 Honda Pilot great. It could be a little wider on the top of the bumper, but it gives the perfect amount of edge coverage where it matters most. It was super easy to install.
