2020 ProMaster requires use of 2115-0-01 mounting channel kit. Not 2113-0-01 shown above. Not really sure why WeatherGuard doesn’t modify the length of the tubes and utilize the lugs in the top of the roof for direct attachment. Seems like a bad design when the lugs are there specifically for ladder rack attachment (or is this just overkill because a lawyer got involved?).I realize manufacturers can’t design products for every possibility, but they can coordinate with vehicle mfgrs so that the lugs are placed in the same location from one mfgr to another.Good product! Bad execution.

After spending almost $1800 on a ladder rack you find out you need to buy a channel mount kit for a another $600. This should have been explained better. $600 is ridiculous for channeled aluminum.

Operating the ladder rack works great. However the caps at end of track that holds it holds water. Also on my application track says 3 bolts and rear of track moves. I drilled extra hole for that reason

Good for transit vans low roof. The only thing is that this rack kit doesn’t come with mounting struts. I bought 1’ unistruts from HD and cut them 8feet each.

Installed this on a Nissan High Roof NV cargo van. Installation was easy enough. Instructions could be a little better but they get the job done. Selecting the right ladder rack product for my van was somewhat of a chore even after talking to several reps in my area and calling tech support. Most didn't have a clue what product would work or which features were even available. Anyone selling or buying these should start on the Weather Guard website under support>van/truck product selector and do so for any other manufacturer. The unit itself seems to hold the ladder in place well. I'd rather the front ladder bracket dropped down in a similar way that the back does but I can work with it. Also, this will only work for 8' plus ladders and only one ladder can be carried at a time. A-frame and extension ladders both work in the unit. One last complaint: the bracket on the back is only adjustable with an allen wrench and socket and could be designed better overall. Ideally this should be easier to adjust on the fly in case you are switching the type of ladder you are carrying. Even then it's not a deal breaker but still. I will update the review if anything changes
