Love the glow bowl. It's absolutely gorgeous! I will be buying several more. It helps with my son's asthma. The only downside is that one of the two extra light bulbs, that came with it, was shattered. However, I place blame for that on the USPS/FedEx driver.

Why it deserves 5 stars. - when I called customer service for amazon returns they were very helpful and fast. I cant wait to try the new product since they gave me same day shipping. When I received the salt lamp I was happy to get it started because its a gift for my boyfiend. When I opened it I noticed the manufacturer must not have done a good job sealing the salt on this lamp. Theres a lot of corrosion. But it smell amazing and looks beautiful

Very similar item at a spa I frequent that they sell for $150. I look forward to warming my hands with the spheres after shoveling snow in the near future. But mostly I like the soft glow it casts

This came very quickly and was in good condition. Nothing was broken. The balls were a little smaller than I expected but they are beautiful when lit!The small light does not warm them up so I only use them for the Himalayan Salt benefit.

The product advertises a 25 watt bulb, but they substituted a weaker bulb. It is supposedly 15 watts but feels more like 10 watts. As a result of this, the salt does not heat up. The whole principle of a salt lamp is that by heating the salt it will give off negative charged ions. Without the heat, the product cannot function properly. The product looks nice, but finding a replacement C7 25 watt bulb is not easy. You have to cross reference all the different types of bases and it becomes a big research project. They should have provided the product they advertised.

Could not wait til I got it because they work really well when hot. My co-worker has one in her office and looks great. The one I got had 2 broken balls, discolored balls, not 1 matched. The one my co-worker has, all 6 balls match in color and the bowl is cut to a nice shape. The one I got, has no cut, just a round discolored bowl that doesn't even match the balls. Don't waste your money on this, spend a little more and get a name brand salt lamp fire bowl. Really wanted this bowl, does a great job on muscles when hot... Hope this helps and keeps you from buying one.

This is a beautiful lamp and seems to work well as an air purifier. I have two, one on my desk at work and one in my bedroom. It's been quite the conversation starter at work. The balls warm up, the one on top of the lightbulb more than the ones surrounding it, when the lamp is on and I use them for a quick hand warmer when I'm chilled. For the one at home, I like that it comes with a dimmer switch so I can use the lamp as a night light.
