For a few cooktops or stoves, the coil surface element may not be stable sitting on the drip-pan. In this case, you should make the prong heads are parallel and push a bit down 2~5mm to stabilize the top surface element.

Our product is an easy-to-install plug-in element that can directly replace for most stoves in USA. The installation steps are as followed :
- Turn off all range elements power. Make sure all stove dials remain in the OFF position during the installation.
- Wear work gloves,remove the existing range elements from the stove manually.
- Plug each surface element into its size appropriate location on the stovetop.
- Protect your hands. After the power is turned on,do not touch the element during the test.

STAINLESS STEEL 321 PIPE MATERIAL
235217 (WB30X348) electric range burner element is made of stainless steel 321. Compared with stainless steel 304, stainless steel 321 is added the composition of titanium, which has higher temperature resistance, stronger oxidation resistance, better wear resistance and lower deformation during electric stove burners working. Moreover, the service life of stainless steel 321 pipe will be longer than that of the stainless steel 304 pipe.

These are the exact replacement for my daughter's vintage GE cooktop. Along with rings and drip pans, it makes the stove look almost new. I'm glad I was able to find them to extend the life of her cooktop!

I have an old GE range top that I never found the model number for. Looking at the dimensions of these and comparing those to my old elements, I decided to give them a try. They fit perfectly and work very well. The heat level of these match or exceed my old elements. They sit flat, too.

[Review Update]Although the part number (WB30X359) of the Huare Tech coil is identical to the original coil on GE range model JMS07G0P1, it results in a 10 degree misalignment when installed. The attached photo shows the correct alignment (line 1) compared to the HuareTech coil (line 2). The dimensions of the Huare Tech coils are identical to the original coil but alignments of the mounting bracket are slightly different.I suspect that the WB30X359 coil is used on many different range makes & models. If that suspicion is correct, it would be wise to get verification from the seller that the coil will fit your range make & model.The Huare Tech customer support is excellent -- prompt response, courteous, and helpful suggestions. Unfortunately, I had returned the coils to Amazon just one day before receiving the initial response from the seller via Amazon chat. The updated rating is a compromise acknowledging the excellent customer support vs the burner coil that does not fit my range. I will keep this seller in mind for future purchases.[Update#2]After reading online articles on how the Calrod-type burner coils are made, I re-ordered the coils from Huare Tech. I was able to re-align the coil on the range by bending the mounting bracket 10 deg. Electrical resistance was checked to confirm that the internal heating coil had not become inadvertently shorted to the external metal sheathing in the bending process.The rating was raised by one star since the modification was simple, the burner works fine and recognizing that finding a perfect fit for replacement parts on old ranges will be very difficult. Be cautious if making modification to the coil. As a minimum, check the resistance of the coil (as noted).

After installing these are slightly smaller than OEM. They don’t sit level partly because of a piece of curled metal near the hinge that screws into stove top. Poor quality control as it is slightly different shape on each coil. I had to reshape one so the coil would even sit somewhat level. I won’t buy again.
