Please don't buy this product. I melted out of shape with the oven turned off and door left ajar for cooling. I see many reviews on here about melting and don't understand why Amazon is still selling it. Mine melted out of shape on the bottom side from oven heat. Please stop selling inferior merchandise. I am so sorry I threw out my original dial which was many years old and some of the numbers had worn off.

I have been buying alternative knobs for my stove for years. Whenever I ordered one it was always the same, just something that would melt and chip eventually. I ordered this one on a whim expecting nothing different. I WAS WRONG! This is the ONLY knob that came with a strong metal ring around the end of the knob insert where you attach it to the stove. This seems like a little thing, but it has made a huge difference. Best one I have ever used - will order again if anything happens!

There are many of the same knobs...the EXACT same knob with the melting issues. Good product easy to install. But fear it is now my oven that is broken. I rent so up to landlord now. With that said I can't blame this know. It's beautiful and easy to read. I was hoping this was my issue and cheaper fix. So hopefully my oven can be fixed and use these new nobs.I bought hers as opposed to stores around me. This was due to fact of price. Here I received 2. In store sameish price but only 1.
