Works great, I am using for a dehumidifier drain on the other side of the basement where there is no drain. Pump is quiet.

Was able to plug it in, hook up my tubing and away it went. I don't hear it running, but it is working. So far so good.

Exact replacement of the unit that I had. Same size, fit and functionality of the old one that it replaced. I would recommend this to others that want a good product---- in appearance and fit.

The pump arrived quickly but when I set it up, it didn't run. I followed the trouble shooting guide and made sure everything was okay. I was about to check something else on the pump when it just started working. I set the pump up to my basement dehumidifier, and it ran fine for two weeks. Then I came home to water all over the floor. Couldn't get the pump working at all. I contacted deal-yard and they replied right away. They sent a new just as fast as the old one. This one worked right out of the box. Since it was a remanufactured item, I'm always prepared for them not to work so the first one giving me trouble was no shock. I was pleasantly surprised how well the second just worked right out of the box. The first pump was a little noisy when it ran, and I have to admit, I haven't heard this new one, the only time we're in the basement is to do laundry so noise isn't an issue for us.So between the quality of the second pump, and the quality of service from deal-yard, I would highly recommend this product and company.
