Friend’s guinea pig enjoyed this hammock. The fabric is good to clean the straw off and wash easily. Mini PVC style setup allows to construct and disassemble easily.

It comes with a sturdy box. Easy to assemble. Took me about 5 minutes without any tools. It looks adorable!! My piggies is interested as soon as I put it in the cage.

I was so excited to get this hammock, it's absolutely adorable. I almost tossed it out the door attempting to put it together, though. I thought it would be easy to assemble as there's pictures and written instruction, but it's so vague and I'm not the most handy person. The joint placement makes all of the difference. I wish I'd recorded the steps to finally assemble it correctly, because it's been long enough now I can't recall. But it's all in the joints.I had hoped this would become his new favorite area, but he refuses to hang out in it when I'm around, lol. My kids have sent me pictures of him using it, though. Before that, I wasn't sure he was using it until I was cleaning his cage and found it needed cleaning as well. Luckily, it was simple enough to unhook it, take it outside and give it a small shake.It's very large, so would work for various small pets, but it takes up a good portion of his 2'x4' cage as it takes up about 1'x1' of space.It's sturdy and there's no concerns about it toppling or him knocking it over. The small strips of elastic serving to hook it to the frame would wear out over time if it were used for anything with a lot of heft. But for small pets it should last as long as you want to use it.

The hammock has precut loops 8n it, so once on the plastic cage, hard to remove to wash. I will add removable rings instead.

Our piggies absolutely love this! It's well made and super cute. It's nice that it comes with its own stand so it works in our C&C cage well as we don't always have places to attach hooks to.

I purchased this as a Christmas gift so I haven’t given it to my daughter yet, but it looks super cute and I think she’s gonna love it
