This case fits my JBL Charge 5 perfectly. I also have the UE Megaboom and the UE Megaboom 3 and they both fit the case fine as well. I use it whenever I take one of my speakers with me to a trip.

Performs as I expected and seems well manufactured. I haven't tested out to see if it is waterproof. Nice compartment for cord storage.

The HOMEQUIP, Hard Shell Case, for JBL Charge 4/Charge 5 Wireless Portable Speaker is a handsome, practical, and affordable, accessory for my Charge 5. It looks and feels like a solidly manufactured item mirroring quality craftsmanship.The speaker fits very snugly into the case, which comes with a carabiner clip as well as a shoulder strap. I looped the strap several times though the end clips and fastened it back to itself in order to create a nicely fitting handle.The interior of the case is lined with a robust material that doesn't appears to be and excellent chock absorbing product, however, it doesn't look as though it would be subject to shedding fiber.Externally, the case is covered in what seems to be a nylon type of material that covers either a tough plastic or possibly a composite Teflon resembling material. All of this for an astoundingly economical price!!
