I've owned 3 of these in the last 20+ years and absolutely love them. The flexibility is a major plus. And if you are a tall person living in a short shower head world then this is a must have! Easily able to adjust it to a tall height!

Shower head is awesome. However when I installed it, I didn't like the water pressure at the head. Now, I didn't read the instructions if any, nor would I anyway. It's just a shower head. I took a pair of needle nose pliers and removed the three inserts shown in the pic. Grab the white insert and out it comes, along with a washer. then grab the small blue flow restrictor. BAM, great water pressure. Hope this helps with anyone's decision.

I bought and moved into a hew home 6 weeks ago. My new place was previously owned by a very tall gentleman. I myself am a very petite 5'1" lady and I'm finding that there are all kinds of things around this new place that I am struggling with because they are placed too high for me -- shelves, cabinets, mirrors, etc.The same with the shower heads. My first week or so in my new place, I was really struggling to take a shower because the shower heads in both of the bathrooms were higher than I could reach. Fortunately, this flexible, bendable Waterpik shower head solved my problem in both bathrooms. It is easy to install and to bend and adjust it downward to any shorter person's height. It is also very really great to be able to bend it around so that it can spray down the shower walls to clean it.But it works for taller people. My much-taller-than-me son, who is 6'0" tall, came by my place twice last month to charge his phone and take a shower when his place went out of power because of storms in the area, but my power stayed on. He was easily able to adjust this shower head to his height.I have also been really impressed with how this shower head can easily adjust from light, comfortable, almost rain-fall sort of output to high-pressure, intense outflow. I have long hair that benefits from a focused, intense water pressure to rinse out shampoo and conditioner, quickly. This showerhead gets that job done and then easily switches to a more gentle rainfall for a final rinsing off.And best of all, I can easily reach all of the controls on the shower head. What more could a short person ask for?

Great shower head, very nice water flow for showering. Seems to be well made, been using for about one month now. No problems at all. Extremely easy to install.

I got the regulator out with needle-nose plyers on the end where the white filter is. The problem was that the flow was non-existent. Dribble at best. It turns out that as I had been twisting the tube and the plastic end that goes on the J pipe, it had sealed shut and wasn't allowing any water out. The same thing happened on the other end. I could not get that stupid flow regulator out AND the white filter in with the black washer, so I took them both out and used white plumbers tape on the J-pipe and everything worked great.This is how I got around the weird length and shape of this hose. I took my J-pipe on the wall and turned it clockwise (tightened) it 90 degrees so that it was pointing up instead of down. Then screwed on the showerhead hose, let it go up a aabout 4-6" then arched it down towards a regular shower position. This way if you have a small shower, you won't have a showerhead half way in the middle of your shower. I'm 6'5" so it worked perfect, but you could just pull it down further for the height of any person. This way you you don't have to do the loop around trick, hold it with rubber bands, duct tape, etc. It stays there perfectly and when you want to move it, it does and comes back where you want it. It also allows you to spray the sides of the shower to rinse it after cleaning, etc. I find that there are really only 2 positions on all of these adjustments that are really worthwhile from a spray perspective. Overall a nice unit and a decent price. Looks a little strange though.
