This company has some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. They have quality product and the water tastes like it is right out of Saratoga springs. Perfect.

I'm 70 years of age and can't afford a lot of things in my monthly income. I bought this pitcher and was very very surprised how great it works! My city had did their monthly chlorine and you could really smell the stinch and after owning this pitcher for a few weeks I was very curious if I would smell a little of the chlorine and was so happy there wasn't any smell but great water! My only thing with it is I thought another filter was included but it wasn't. Great product

This clear plastic jug is a joy to use and a joy to look at.. I had a problem (after 2 years!) with the light on the filter and HARPER W. at Waterdrop was kind enough to ship me a replacement. Just a phone call and it was delivered within a week. No fuss. Just great customer service. Not an easy thing to find these days. Thank you Waterdrop! And thank you again Harper!

I use this Waterdrop water filter pitcher in our travel trailer. When we are camping, we use an inline filter from the city water spigot into the RV water tank, but it doesn't always do a great job, and sometimes the water still has an odor or taste that nauseates me. This Waterdrop filtering system is fabulous! Since using it, I no longer smell or taste any of those harsh chemicals or other impurities in our drinking/cooking water. The double-filtered water tastes almost as good as our home Hague-filtered Reverse Osmosis water. Additionally, this large capacity pitcher filters enough water in a very short time so I can fill my liter and half-liter SodaStream bottles before leaving the campground for a few hours. The Waterdrop water filter pitcher is an inexpensive, small, and storable alternative to larger units that must be permanently attached to the water system, either under the sink or on the countertop. Our Micro Minnie Winnie just doesn't have the space to accommodate such devices! I can use it for a day or more, leaving it on the kitchen countertop, then empty and store it in a cabinet while traveling. I like the fact that the Waterdrop water filter pitcher uses easy-to-find, reasonably priced filters, too. The only drawback for us is that the pitcher itself is too thick and tall to store in our RV refrigerator, but that's okay because I don't always like cold water! I definitely recommend this product.

Great tasting but only after more than two flushes, which is recommended. Fast filtering and super fast pour. However, I can't fill it all the way 'cause it's tooo heavy, at least 10 lbs when full, not even kidding. That weight is a lot for the not so ergonomically designed, though pretty, wooden handle, and the filter takes up a lot of real estate. Overall happy with it, and so are my biceps!!! LOL

UPDATE:WaterdropDirect, the sellers I purchased from, reached out to me and went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. HIGHLY recommend them!!! Impeccable customer service, the best ever! A++++++++++++!! Did I say how much I absolutely love this perfectly designed pitcher with the comfortable handle and circular top that ingeniously opens and closes on its own for a quick refill without you having to take out or put back anything?!! SUPER convenient. And the spout cover is secured to the top and never falls out. All the different Brita pitchers were always laborious to refill and the spout covers always popped out and broke eventually. Definitely give this Waterdrop brand and especially the aforementioned sellers a chance. HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend them!!!!Original review:I'm not the biggest fan of the taste of water from this filter. It's not bad, just different. I love the taste of distilled water and gravitate towards filters that make water taste along those lines like Brita. Those who dislike the taste of distilled water and prefer spring water will love this though. Waterdrop does filter water very quickly compared to Brita. I love that. They also have the PERFECT jug too! Easy to use, beautifully designed, durable, etc. In fact, Brita's jugs are why I decided to try this for a change. Unfortunately, Waterdrop's filter doesn't last as long, contrary to their claim. I'm a single person and in 4 months, the light is already red for changing. I don't even drink the recommended daily amount either. Brita lasts me a lot longer before the light changes. It's worth noting that Brita's estimated time is for families not a single person so I was surprised when this Waterdrop filter already needed changing.

The water tastes better compare to Brita and SOMA pitchers (which I still have). Also the filter lasts longer so I don't have to change it for a long time to save on those replacement. The water passes through quickly as well. It is a little bulky, but I am happy with this pitcher. I hope the handle won't break off quickly.

The water system my mother is on seems to have the chlorine level cranked up for some reason, so much so we had to fit filters to her showers so that it wouldn't irritate her skin. She had been buying bottled water for a long time, but I wanted to see if a filtered picture would address the problem. I can report this does solve that problem.I wanted something that would be easy for her to use, and not require frequent filter changes. This definitely fits the bill. I was impressed enough with it that I decided to purchase one myself, despite already having one of another brand. I've since had to purchase a ZeroWater pitcher for use with my humidifier (because I needed a product to filter dissolved solids), but when using it I sorely miss the design of the Waterdrop Chubby.Simply being able to place it under the faucet and fill through the flap, rather than pulling off and replacing a lid is how every pitcher should work in my opinion. The Chubby also comes with a little device that apparently counts the number of openings, and uses that to flash an alert when it is time to change the filter. As such, it should be much more accurate than simply changing a filter based on time alone. The filter in the Chubby is essentially a dual filter, with two small streams emitted into the reservoir. As such, it fills much faster than other pitchers that emit only a single small stream. It also pours quickly and easily, something that definitely wasn't the case with my first filter picture. My ZeroWater pitcher also does well on that front, but is still bested by the Chubby. The wood handle seems sturdy and feels good in the hand. I like the no-nonsense straight side design, as opposed to the tapered bottom one will find on many other pictures. A strictly rectangular design might be more efficient in terms of water volume for the footprint occupied, but that would also be more difficult to clean. The only possible fault I've seen is one that seems to be shared with all pitchers (and certainly the three I've had experience with): The cover for the spout. All of them seem to be the same "I'm going to break some day" design. The plastic of the spout cover on the Chubby's seems to be a bit softer, so I doubt it will literally break, but it already has loosened enough on one side that it usually tilts to one side when open. I don't consider that a big issue, as it still stays out of the way of the stream, and goes back into place when pushed down.
