I needed an under-sink water filter to replace my countertop faucet filter, and this one is perfect for my home. While NYC water is generally clean, you can never be too sure. This filter removes chlorine and fluoride, improving the taste, and it doesn’t require power. I prefer it over RO systems, as they waste too much water. It’s easy to install, space-saving, and eco-friendly: highly recommend!

Easy to install, appears to a quality product, filters are easy to change, high flow rate, not to large, no water leaks so far 🙏, good customer service and most importantly the water taste great. No regrets so far!!!

I shifted through the reviews to see if I was the only one that had this issue and apparently I’m not. I ran the water for 10 minutes it said, and the water had a really weird chemical taste about it and burn the back of my throat. My tapwater isn’t bad And anyone who’s ever drank out of my tab always thought I had a filter because it tasted so good. My refrigerator water filter, which is a generic Amazon brand put out far better water than a three filter system So whatever is in the water coming out of this system that makes my throat burn and taste metallic is added by the filter Because it’s not there anywhere elseSo maybe One of the three filters is a dud? I thought about emailing customer service or calling to see if they would be willing to send new filters but if that doesn’t turn out to be the issue, I would be beyond the return window And stuck with it if that doesn’t solve the problem providing they would even do it because a lot of these comments site their customer service doesn’t respond to anything. On positive side, it will say installing it was super easy and anyone in review saying it wasn’t it full of it Sure, it’s not fun to be crawling under a sink and awkward positions but it’s super simple if you already have a hole drilled (I used the soap dispenser hole in my sink).

Tenía un filtro de sobremesa que, es cierto que aportaba un mejor sabor al agua, muy cargada de cal en la localidad, pero se hacía muy incómodo de manejar y, al ver este producto en casa de un familiar me decidí a adquirirlo.Ocupa un espacio considerable debajo del armario donde se encuentra el fregador, que es donde deberemos colocarlo.Los 3 filtros ya vienen colocados en el interior, con un poro de tan solo 0,01 micrómetros, por lo que filtran y depuran el agua de todo tipo de sustancias, proporcionando un sabor al agua muy bueno (o bueno, por la carencia de ese sabor, realmente).La instalación no se hace complicada. En mi caso no usé el pequeño grifo que se incluye en el interior, sino que instalé uno para ósmosis para que saliera todo por el mismo lugar y la verdad que es resultado ha sido más que perfecto.Un producto que no es precisamente económico y cuyos filtros de recambio rondan los 40€ cada uno, pero que será una inversión en salud y que, por supuesto, recomiendo adquirir.

First of all, let me say that Carina, in Customer Service, has been outstanding! I had a question about the water after I changed filters and she responded immediately. Carina showed a sincere desire to help me with my water filter; I couldn't ask for better support. Great Job! I would give her a 10 out of 10!The unit itself was easy to install and the black faucet is a great accent to our sink area. The water has a clean taste, and we use it for drinking and cooking. I like being able to change the water filter without turning off the water input to the filter. I would love to see this unit with a WiFi connection to be able to track the filter status via an app. Overall, we are extremely please with the WaterDrop Undersink Filter and the Customer Service.

Da molto tempo avevo cercato qualcosa di simile che non sia molto costoso e ad un prezzo accettabile e con la festa del prime ho acquistato con il sconto del 30 € . Come si vede dalle foto non ingombrante il rubinetto piccolo con il design raffinato. Ci sono 3 filtri che vanno cambiate ai tempi diversi 1- dopo 6 mesi, 2- dopo 12 mesi, 3- dopo 24 mesi, depuratore vi avvisa con le luce che sono davanti in tanto vi arriva completo di tutto e facile da montare, che dire finalmente non c’è bisogno caricare i carrelli di spessa con i cassi di acqua.

I replaced a much more expensive Multipure filter, though the Multipure did not have as many filter stages as this.I was concerned when I bought this that it was one of those things that looks good online, but would be inferior, hard to install and prone to leaking and breakage. It turns out that it is well made, and the easy installation was bulletproof and did not leak. The box is a bit bigger than I was expecting, but if you have the room, its great. Most of the tubes you just insert into the holes and put a plastic clamp on and they are secure and leak-proof. Ingenious!After it was setup and I let the required water run through and was treated to some of the best tasing water I've ever had! After a month it is still really good, and no problems. For the price it is an excellent choice.*** One Year Later ***This filter has been excellent. Water quality has been great the whole time I've used it. It asked to replace one filter about 4 months ago, and just this week another filter. So the filters last a really long time. In a two person household, where we are not heavy users of the filtered water, these are excellent results. I've definitely drank more pure water than I have with any other filter because it tastes excellent.
