So far we are super happy with this system. Easy to install and mounts onto side of cabinet, making it compact and out of the way. Only issue was we need a longer hose and will replace with existing hose when we get a chance. Still working on our remodel so not yet using the space but the shorter hose goes across the cabinet and a longe4 would allow it to be routed along backside. That is a minor issue and has more to do with how our plumbing is configured. All in all, the water is delicious and the flow is more than adequate! We are planning on buying the system for our adult kids to put into their homes. Also we love that it is stainless.

I've now had this item 6 months and ordered a new p1 filter as indicated. In attempting to install the new filter the lines do not disconnect, nor does the included wrench fit properly to allow for taking it apart. I won't be able to do this by myself going forward. Totally wasted money, well over $200 with the new filters. I would have given 2 stars because I did successfully use the system for 6 months and it was easy to install, however, now that I have contacted Waterdrop customer service, I would prefer to give zero stars. Their best resolution is for me to buy a better wrench, or hire someone to change the filters. I can't imagine going thru this every 6 months.

Super easy, NON-DESTRUCTIVE, undersink installation! ALSO, super easy and convenient filter replacement. Easy to maintain~My apartment has surrounding city area has pretty hard water from the tap and will leave residues on almost everything. This product system and the filters from Waterdrop do a super great job at taking all the microscopic and various atomic scale contaminants out of our water. I know the filters are doing a great job because shoooo, the used filters be coming out pretty gnarly at the 6 month/12 month replacement schedule I use!The water coming out of our faucet tastes, feels, and looks great! Tastes better than regular bottled water from grocery stores. It's so much more convenient not having to either grab water bottle/water jugs from the grocery store or have a water pitcher with a filter in the fridge.

This is a great under-sink filtration system. The water is clear and tastes great. It comes with two quick-connect 3/8 lines that make it easy to connect and disconnect the unit from the supply and faucet. This means you can just shut off the supply valve, disconnect the whole unit, and change the filters from the counter-top, then easily put the system back under the sink and quickly reconnect. Love it! No need to crawl and crouch under the sink the whole time. The finish is high quality stainless steel, and comes with a black steel filter wrench for changing the filters, which is a nice touch. It looks beautiful and feels "quality", not cheap plastic.Connecting from the water supply was easy. I chose to split my supply so the main faucet remains unfiltered, and only the separate drinking-water faucet is filtered. I added a dual-valve compression fitting to replace the existing single valve, which has nothing to do with this unit but necessary for my setup. Pretty simple. The supply side to the filter was easy to connect using one of the supply lines with the female connector. The other provided supply line has a male end, for which I had to buy an adapter to convert the 3/8 male line to a 1/4 female so I could connect to my faucet.Check your faucet connection... if the faucet itself is 3/8 female, you're all set. If not, you'll need to purchase an adapter to take 3/8 male to whatever you have. This filter system is very fast! It is just as quick to fill as the main faucet, even when going through the mini faucet. It's amazing how efficient it is. I mainly use it to fill a coffee carafe each morning, and it is such a pleasure vs the trickle coming from the fridge water filler that I was using before.

I didn't want an RO system because I feel really uncomfortable about the amount of water wasted. I did some research to better understand what TDS really means and figured I didn't need a reduction for that (standard tap water was 220 which is within normal range). My biggest issue with my tap water was the smell of chlorine. I had been using my fridge water that only has a carbon filter, and haven't died yet, so I figured this filter would be a good upgrade. It was a breeze to install, and I let the water run for 10 minutes as instructed. Didn't notice any decrease in water pressure and the water comes out perfectly clear, with zero chlorine odor and it tastes great. I can fill a jug for the fridge in about 20 seconds, the cats' fountain in 5 seconds... I feel I've gained some priceless hours of personal time back.

I installed this because I was using 2 Brita filters on the countertop by the sink. I was looking for something that did a better job and worked fast. This also freed up counter space in the kitchen for me.Install: easy and straight forward I was done in less than 20 minutes. The unit comes with everything you need except a few basic tools. After install it takes a while to get the air out of the system but once the air is out the water comes out nice and clear. The water (at least in my case) noticeably tastes better. The cold water runs at the same speed as if the water filter wasn't there. if there is any less water pressure,I couldn't tell the difference. After 2 months of use I had no leaks and the filter system is going strong with no issues that I have noticed. The only kind of annoying thing is that you have to remember when you need to change out the filters. I taped a sticky note inside the cabinet doors to remind me exactly when I need to change out each of the three filters. One needs to be changed out at 6 months then another at 1 year and the third filter needs to be changed out at the 2 years mark.Overall It is a great system and I suggest it as an upgrade to a Countertop Water Pitcher System or instead of getting a countertop pitcher filtration system in the first place.
