This bed is not really bad, but I don’t think I’d recommend or buy again. The bed comes vacuum sealed so you need to let it sit out. For an orthopedic, the egg crate style bottom was very thin and the bolsters was super flat and took days to raise. Not as thick as it shows in picture. I thought it would be thicker and more foamy. Not as waterproof as stated so if you have a dog with bladder control issues, the urine will leak went right through the cover and into the foam, which unfortunately was what I experienced when my dog had an accident overnight.I think it's not worth the full price and there are better options that are less expensive.

After assembeling my dog will not get off of it she looks so cute neseled up in her bed and it keeps her out of the way in the kitchen. Lots of reveiws duisscuss major problems with the bed but mine came in exelent condition with lots of stuffing.

The bottom of this bed is pretty thin and doesn't offer as much cushioning as one might believe is there from the photos. The sides are taller and align with expectations. We used a small blanket folded up inside to be more cozy, our dog likes to arrange things to her liking anyway and the bed keeps the blanket contained. Some pets may not be that picky and enjoy this as-is?

Sadly, I waited an entire week, hoping the Mattress of this Dog Bed would decompress … it never did. As you can see in my last photo, there is a big ridge, like a dense curb, in the middle of the Dog Bed … it’s because the Mattress was folded-in-half before it was rolled-up, placed in plastic then, suction-sealed-shut, and left compressed for too long, before I received it.After removing the Mattress and allowing is to sit freely in a spare bedroom, for 2 days, I finally inserted it into the Dog Bed Cover, still awaiting the Mattress to decompress—and, the big, dense ridge to settle down … but, 5 days later, it still has not decompressed.I wanted to love this Dog Bed because it looks nice and the Cover feels nice but, this Dog Bed is a waste of my time and resources. I’m very disappointed with my defective Dog Bed, and I do not recommend it. It’s as good as a throw rug.

I like the softness and the ability to wash the cover. That said it is a bit of work to re assemble. The bolster (imagine an oversized donut) has to be zipped into a small tube. Some stitches were off and the zip would not work. Ended up with a hole where the stitches ripped. The flat cushion fluffs up but it could be a little thicker for my older dog.My main complaint is that it is not big enough for my 50 lbs dog let alone a German shepherd as the images show. My dog sat in it but could not get comfortable in it. Dog is smaller than a lab, larger than a pit bull.

I would say my opinion of this dog bed is just mediocre.Things I like...Washable cover (and every piece of foam comes out to let the cover be washed)No smell from the items when opening the vacuum packNice zippers on the coverWhat we didn't care for...The way it is vacuum sealed, prevents the foam to going back into the way it is supposed to go into the bed.The bolster seems filmsy and not too sturdyThe bottom foam is packaged in half before being vacuum sealed which then causes a weird fold line and I have had mine sitting out for days and it still doesn't want to take the correct shape again. We do like the cover and are considering replacing the foam bottom piece, but that means spending more money on a brand new item. My dogs want to check out the bed as they have been very interested in it since we opened it, but due to needing the foam to come back to life, we haven't yet let them on it. For now my opinion is just mediocre, if the foam would have survived the packing and shipping, I do believe this could have been a five star dog bed. I like the cover!

The pictures show the bottom cushion. One picture has my hand in it for size reference while the other shows me lightly pinching it. You can see it smashes down to nothing. It provides zero cushioning. I got a thick, heavy, memory foam one at Sams for $29. I shouldn’t gotten 2 but I was waiting on this one, now I need to make a trip back for it. My pets are fighting over the thick one. Nobody cares about this one not even the cats. The material on the top is soft, stretchy & thin. The bottom fabric is thin and has a hole in the seam. You must assemble it yourself. The head rest ring appears to be stuffed with poly fill or similar. It’s not bad if your pet has a very small lightweight head. The bottom cushion is the real issue, even my cat bottoms out on it.

It's a nice dog bed but comes in 3 parts... the cover, the foam bed floor and a circular support surrounding. There is a zipper that goes all around the from of the bed. Unzip it fully and insert the circular bed support and re-zip to secure the bed "frame." Flip the bed over to install the foam bottom. The only drawback is that bed foam bottom, which comes folded in half, has a protrusion from being folded and isn't flat as it should be. The bed comes apart to show that you can remove and wash the bed fabric which is a nice feature!
