The safe arrived in prefect condition. The keypad lock was easy to program for my own code and unlocks flawlessly. It locks when the handle is turned. The instructions were easy to follow. The safe in general seems sturdy. I haven't had time to configure the shelves but it doesn't look like it will be a problem. Overall I am well pleased!

I want to start by saying the delivery could have been a disaster but the drive saved the day. The delivery was a week early and their was no notification at all/ I was lucky to be home. Plus the driver said they do not bring it inside and was alone. He took pity on me and helped me get this 300 Plus pound inside. Never heard from the shipper at all.Now the good stuff, I caught this on a special for $600 and fro what I got their is no complaints but some observations and suggestions. I did have to loosen the shelf bracket where you put in the clips to get the shelf level. after placing the actual clips in place I was able to tap down on one set and tap up on the other side to get them closer to level. Not so bad. The next issue was some of the upholstery on the the big shelf was not attached well so a little glue to help it stay and all was well.Their is a strong aroma of Pine. Obviously it was fresh cut but very strong and my concern is the moister in the wood could be an issue for the guns.The last nit pick is the battery box. There is no diagram in the owners manual which side of the taps the battery should go. it either case the battery flops around. Should it be touching the control board and pressing the black part? I don't knowNow, they do not add lights at this price point but I wish they had an option. I have great overhead lighting but need a flash light for inside. I will order up something soon. The other suggestion is about mounting. The have a bolt kit for the floor but I am on carpet so I could really use some sort of anchor set for the top of the safe to keep it from rocking.It is a good value.

Safe came packaged well in perfect condition. I have no complaints at this point. Good buy for the price.

They shipped it while it's missing part, I tried a lot calling and texting the support team, but no one helping us to get the missing part and I'm not able to return the safe box because it's big size and too heavy.

Bolts on door jam can only open safe with the keys. Made cheap. Deep chips in door, interior lined with cheap fuzzy materials.not worth 1000.00$ waste of money. Do not buy.
