Parts these days are hard to find.My dads winch rope got stuck in between the drum and damaged these bushings.They are the exact material they should be and the winch is up and pulling again.These are an exact fit for the old school warn winch

I recommend greasing the bushings, gears, and shaft before assembly. These fit extremely tight, and you won't be able to turn the winch by hand once installed. They do, however, make the winch work like brand new. Definitely a good purchase for some before-the-snow maintenance on my Polaris 2.5CI winch.
