Beautiful heavy duty coat. Long length, soft, thick fabric, coat does have a little weight to it. It's great for Chicago winters. In 24° weather, my daughter sweating in this coat.

Listen ya’ll this jacket is sooo cute on my 8 year old daughter. She weighs 62 pounds and is 52 inches tall. Size 8 in girls clothes. It’s warm but not too warm (perfect because she’s a hot box). Would it keep them warm in like negative 10 degrees, probably not. The fake fur collar is removable. Would buy again in the next size up. Oh, and washes well so far, it’s only been 2 times I’ve had to wash it in 2 months (it is white after all, and they are kids after all :)

My 10 year old told me she needed a coat with a hood that went down to *showed me with her hands* here. After reviewing We decided this looked like a great choice in the right price. She is thrilled. Warm and cozy. The hood can be zipped off. Soft lining, not sure if it continues in the sleeves though. Would purchase again.

This coat has everything! Warmth, style and quality. I needed a coat to cover her completely and warm for this NY weather without breaking the bank. The color is perfect, the fur and entire hood is removable. The material inside is a sort of fleece material all throughout the hood as well. The sleeves are insulated outside the coat to keep the cold air out. My daughter is 8 years of age I purchase the size 10/12 for extra room. Great purchase
