Edit: customer service got back with me the same day and worked on a solution. Very satisfied with the outcome.Scratches underneath protective plastic (took off a strip of plastic to make sure it was on the product). Damaged door corners. It feels like it was a returned product and repackaged and sold as new.

I bought this small fridge for 2 reasons...one I tried to defrost my previous one with a chisel and hammer (100% do not recommend) and I needed one with a bigger freezer for my dogs food. This one is perfect. It looks nice, is the size is right, the chill is adjustable, and it is surprisingly quiet. The only negative is that upon unboxing it had a few scratches on it.

Bought this for my son in college who uses it in his dorm. It's right next to his bed and he says it's really quite and doesn't bother his sleep. It's a good size fridge and freezer. Everything works fine.

The exterior is very cheap. Had few gongs n scratches. However I needed a freezer for a short term stay. It works well n I am getting use out of it.
