Self setting digital wall clock battery operated
There is a Li-battery in the storage battery compartment which save the downloading time when in factory setting, so you will not need to set the time manually every time. Also if the clock has run out of power, after reloading new batteries, the clock time will keep correct time still.
Please note that the clock has no back light, you can read the time in the day time or in the light.

Light weight and easy to set up. Note it is preprogrammed for USA time zones only.Very handy . Only thing I would change ..display brightness is not good. It takes 3 AAA batteries not supplied.

This clock is just what I was looking for. It is easy to read from a distance and gives time, date info as well as indoor temperature and humidity. I inserted the batteries and all the displays came on correctly. I was amazed.It is a very good product at a reasonable price and the white color looks nice in my kitchen.

This clock has a beautiful display with large numbers and all the information you could want the date the day, the temperature and the humidity and even the time zone and the a.m. or p.m. it is very accurate and very close to my iPhone time all the time I love the temperature feature on it it helps me to monitor the temperature in my living room I also like the fact that all you have to do is put the batteries in and set the time zone and that is it the batteries last from seven months to a year it says so that is very commendable. Now I would be lost without it. I really love this clock. I recommend it for somebody that wants a good clock. That is accurate and informative.

LOVE THIS CLOCK! Great display, easy to read, when battery is installed the clock automatically sets the time, date, day of the week, temperature and humidity. Its a very attractive clock and can be used tabletop or on the wall. This clock is very low maintenance and you don't have to worry about very hard to understand directions to set the time or its functions. I highly recommend this clock.

After opening the box, I simply pressed one button and the clock automatically populated with the correct time, date, day of the week, temperature and humidity. The font size is large enough that I can read it easily from 20 feet away and I do wear glasses.It has an alarm clock, but I won’t be using it.You can hang it on the wall or you can open these fold out legs and set it on a shelf. I chose to set it on a shelf.I love this clock. I’ve had similar clocks in the past that I could not stand because the automatic update never worked. This one worked easily and I did not have to refer to an owners manual.

I wasn’t sure about how the listing described the auto set. It didn’t sound real. But, IT WAS!Even though it is not an atomic clock, it somehow has the time and date saved. It is preset to Eastern Standard time (has directions to easily change the time zone if needed). That is where I live. So, I took it out of the box and installed the batteries. It turned on FULLY SET! No changes were needed. Time, date, temperature, humidity, etc. we’re all correct. I just had to hang it on the wall!Coincidentally, the fall time change was a few weeks after getting it. As promised in the listing, it automatically made the adjustment, so I didn’t have to go through the usual hassle of taking it down to make the change.As an added plus, it seems well made and is easy to read. I am using it as a bathroom clock to ensure getting ready on time each day. It has not shown any problems with the damp environment.I really love this clock. I have never had a clock that just set itself. Even my atomic clocks require setting/resetting whenever the batteries are changed. Whatever this technology is, I wish all digital clocks used it!

Put the batteries in, changed the settings to Celcius and it set the time perfectly as it was already set for my time zone.

Don't get me wrong (based on the headline) — This is a fantastic little clock. Just be advised: there is no way to light up the screen, so it won't work that well as a bedside clock (because you won't be able to read it at night). It seemed reasonable of me to expect it to light up, though to be fair my reasoning is subjective; I bought it to replace a similar but smaller electronic clock I've used as my bedside clock for about 10 years. It, too, had an LCD screen, but the older one I was replacing had a button on top I could press to make the screen glow for about five seconds — about all you need if you just want to know in the dark what time it is. It also seems a reasonable expectation (to be able to light up the screen) because that's how most LCD watches work. Most of them don't stay lit up all the time (it would kill the battery), so LCD watches (like my old bedside LCD clock) can light up for a few seconds by pressing a button. This clock, unfortunately, does not. So this won't work for me as a replacement bedside clock.The reason I still feel this is worth 4 stars is that, in spite of that one missing feature, I really like the clock. Here's why:1. A great price.2. It shows the seconds, not just the minutes and hours. If you want to see the seconds ticking, you'll be hard-pressed to find an LCD battery-operated bedside clock that does this. Almost all of them show you only the hours and seconds. But the first thing I do when I wake up every morning is to do planks for a specified number of seconds or minutes. That's why I wanted to see the seconds ticking off, so I will know when 30 seconds or 60 seconds have passed. This clock does this.3. It's big, bigger than I expected, but that means it's very readable even from several feet away. It's roughly the size of a standard Kindle book, as you can see from my photo (which also shows that I need to dust my house!).4. It's crazy-easy to set up. My older LCD clock, like this one, had the ability to automatically identify the time and date via DST technology, but it wasn't easy and sometimes just didn't do it. This one, the very second I flipped the dial on the back to my time zone, instantly popped up the correct date and time.5. The other reason I wanted this particular clock was because it would display the indoor temperature and humidity. I've got a couple other devices that do this, and this one gave the exact same temperature and humidity readout. So either it works great, or all my other devices don't work well LOL. But I think it's because it works. :-)6. The little feet that hold up the clock: I can easily fold them back flush with the body of the clock. This should make it very portable for taking with me in a suitcase on a trip without having to worry about the legs snapping off under pressure.
