I’ve ordered this item twice and both times I’ve been sent an open package with missing pieces. I returned and reordered the first time. However, I’m very disappointed to have just received my reorder with the same issue.

Instructions are not accurate and detail on over door hook was not provided. I figured out by using common sense. The hooks are not secured which makes them not functional. the hooks just hang on the bottom rack and will come off when items are removed from hooks. Otherwise - the item is constructed well and will serve my purpose.

Bought the 3 pocket file organizer. I have small magnets at work, so I was able to stick this to a metal door in the office.The bottom 2 pockets fit full size 8.5”x11” paper, but the top pocket is short for maybe envelopes, or tags. It serves the purpose that I needed it for.

I purchased this item with the specific need of over the door hooks, however it’s the one piece I’m missing. I opted to purchase this product as new but it was clearly a return - the box had visible signs of being opened previously & was taped, also the ‘wing’ pieces were bent so it was a struggle to fix (but I managed, also this product likely is VERY easy to put together without this hiccup), and as stated, missing pieces.Should I have returned this item? Yup. Why aren’t I? Because I don’t want to put more time into it (mailing it back).
