I'm a range safety officer. This is used commonly by my co-workers as safety and communications. I've only had it a short time but they swear by it.It arrived fast and was as described no damage. All good so far.

I purchased one and liked it so much, we bought another. The boom did not come with the normal mic foam, but we have not had any issues thus far.I read many reviews about the boom being broken out of the box, but we have had no issues. It may be an issue with someone applying too much downward force, and it breaking.
