Love that this is non stick and slightly bigger than your average english muffin.I use it to make egg and sausage patties, then put it on a toasted english muffin and a slice of cheese! It works perfectly.

I just use these for the first time to make egg muffins. They came out perfectly with no sticking. I did spray with a lot of oil though.

I love these as everything I make in them, come out very easily! The only thing that I'm not a fan of is that they're pretty flimsy. I have to use a cookie sheet under them to get them in the oven. They're very easy to clean because nothing stick to badly too them. They're about the size of a 50-cent piece which is perfect for finger appetizers.

I use this to create my own egg sandwiches on an English muffin (Thomas brand is pictured). I needed to make some health changes. I’m not a morning person, and getting in a healthful breakfast and out the door on time can be tough for me. This silicone mold allows me to make my eggs in advance using my oven. I store them in an airtight container in the fridge until needed and then pop them in the microwave for 20-30 seconds to warm them up. It helps me to avoid the drive thru and get my protein in!Other uses for this are muffin tops, pancakes, whoopie pies, frittatas, etc. Washes easily, just don’t forget to use a baking sheet underneath!

These muffin top pan works great! Almost wipe clean! Just use a cookie pan under the silicone pan because they are really floppy and impossible to lift when they are full of batter!

Just arrived and already used them. I made my egg white bread mix and portioned it out to the bun shape and was able to get 10 out of my batch. I assumed 8-10 as I’ve made them before without a mold.First bun I forgot to add non stick spray and then did the rest. It did stick, similar to when using parchment paper and the bun tore just a small bit. The rest that had non stick spray just popped off like they weren’t sticking at all.Worked very well and I just wished they fit better in my cookie pan but that’s being nitpicky. Great product that does what it says and I made a niche bread that wasn’t advertised and it came out great. Can’t ask for much more than that.I used a plastic spoon for a size reference for those that may need one. Look up on r/eggwhitebread to see more I’ve made. Buns are 27 calories, 5g Protein and 3g Carbs each whole bun.Great price for a product that works well and looks like it will for a long time. Very flexible and easy to clean too. Perfect for breakfast sandwiches, hamburgers, and even regular sandwiches.

Bonne grosseur pour faire des sandwichs style oeufs Mcmuffin. Un peu plus large que le pain muffin. Je l'utilise aussi comme moule pour faire des saucisses à déjeuner pour aller dans les sandwichs.Se lave bien et ne colle pas. Attention le moule est complètement moi. Vous devez donc le mettre sur une plaque à cuisson.

I use these pans every week to make breakfast muffins. They cook perfectly and the eggs never stick. Clean up is super easy. Have had them for a few months and they still don’t stick at all.

I have used these dozens of times so far. I have yet to find a flaw with them. Nothing I’ve baked sticks, and I have tried all different recipes without spraying the cups. Everything baked in here comes out perfectly, no sticking, no staining, easy to wash too. My only regret is not switching from metal pans to these until recently! I can even fit all three on the same large tray to bake altogether so I don’t have to bake twice. Not many of my purchases are without any regrets, but these are!

Have used the over and over and over again. Simple and easy to use. However, remember, they take more muffin mix than regular so thus you get less muffins. So just make more batches because these provide an excellent size muffin!!!

The 4" size is perfect for eggs on an English muffin. Meal prepping eggs for breakfast sandwiches is the only reason I bought this. For that it does fine. The description claims no butter or oil is needed to achieve a non-stick surface. For eggs, this is absolutely not the case. I have forgotten to oil this a few times and it a real pain afterwards. The last time I debated just throwing it away... I cannot comment how other types of food stick to the surface. I simply wipe a light coat of olive oil on each cavity, crack in an egg, and bake for 10-12 minutes at 350 degrees. The eggs come out easily and don't leave too much behind for cleanup. Tip- make sure the tray is placed on a baking sheet prior to cracking eggs.Overall, this product is good if your heart is set on a silicone baking tray, otherwise I'd recommend a rigid tray for cleaning and stability reasons.
