Purchased for a fish fry and to handle hot pots at the annual camping trip. Great quality- only complaint is I wish they were a tad bit larger for my hands and they were specific to the left and right hands. Great overall for the infrequent use.

Alright, let’s get this straight: I didn’t buy these gloves to flip burgers or handle a hot grill (though they’d probably excel at that). No, I got them for mycology. Yes, you read that right—mycology. These gloves are my new best friend when dealing with scorching hot jars of agar and liquid culture or removing those giant, steaming bags of grain and substrate straight out of the autoclave. If you’ve ever tried to handle anything fresh out of the heat without gloves, you know the struggle. These gloves make it feel like you’re holding a teacup instead of a molten volcano.I’m not saying you couldn’t use them in the kitchen, but honestly, they’ve seen more agar and grain bags than anything resembling food. I feel like I’m ready to tackle any autoclave operation or reach into the fiery depths of mycology without fear of third-degree burns. They’re that good.Would they work for a Thanksgiving turkey? Probably. Would they be perfect for pulling out jars of agar and grain bags that feel like you’re handling the sun itself? Absolutely. Five stars.

My husband LOVES these gloves for all his smoker needs. He uses them to pull hot pans out of the smoker, off the grill, and even out of the oven. He also uses them to pull meat off the smoker. He enjoys the ease of not having to use hot pads or tongs when removing things from his smoker. He always enjoys that they are very easy to clean and store nicely.

Too tight. They fit my wife’s hands just fine. Excellent quality and waterproof, has all the features that I wanted. Just too damn small. I’d give 8 stars if they fit my hands.

I use these strictly in the kitchen. I am not a griller. They fit my hands well, are very soft and flexible, have a nice fabric lining, and protect my wrists from bumping the edge of the oven racks. Also protect from any hot liquids. Very easy to clean with soap & water. I hang them by the stove with the loops at the wrist edge. Quality product. I bought a different pair before these and had to return them. The inside openings of the fingers were so small I could hardly get my fingers into them and they were very stiff. It would have been hard to grasp a baking pan by its edge. These are much better!

I use these to pull meat off the smoker/grill, and they work great. They have a good grippy texture, and great heat resistance. Easy enough to clean - I just wash them with dish soap while they're on my hands. They could be a bit larger for me, but I generally use XL size gloves.
