I've used it several times for corn muffins, cupcakes, and banana muffins. Bakes perfectly with no sticking for easy cleanup. I love it and Have recommended to friends

Overall the muffin pans work great. They are easy to clean but not a sinch. If making egg white frittatas, you will get some clinging and need to use the dishwasher.Very easy to remove everything which is a big plus.HOWEVER, a major negative is you will have to put something under like a tray or nothing will be stable and tip over if moving. This includes after you fill and then transfer..... Keep on a tray first or you'll kick yourself.Once you know the rules works great. I do wonder thought if the metal ones cook faster

I bought these to pour homemade bone broth in and freeze. I wait till broth cools than fill thee silicone cups and put in freezer on cookie sheet. After they freeze, I pop them out and store them in freezer in ziplock bag. So much easier and space saving than glass mason jars. The little pucks are perfect for individual mugs of broth. They release and clean easily. Worth it for this particular use.

I use this silicon cupcake mold every two or three days to make egg bites. It is awesome! I love not having to use any oil and whatever I bake, pops out of the mold with zero stick. However, don’t get carried away like I did the first time I used it and pour in egg mixture or batter without first placing it on a baking sheet. It is extremely flexible and if you try to move it even slightly, your contents will spill everywhere. I love it though, it’s perfect for what I need!

I honestly did not think I would use this as much as I do.It's perfect for making frozen bite size treats, egg bites, mini muffins and more. It's easy to clean and easy to store. I use this almost every day. Totally worth it! 😁

I had always used metal muffin pans. The silicone one seemed like a great idea...no more lining the cups. However, once filled they are very hard to handle. There is not support to pick them up. It may be easier for bigger cups or just a six cup pan but this one is hard to deal with. The only up side is that they are very easy to to remove the baked goods. Just push them up from the bottom. But that isn't enough for me to purchase another like this.

This is great product! Easy to use, easy to clean, nothing sticks. I ordered these after bariatric surgery for the specific purpose of portioning and freezing. These make the perfect portions for what you can eat after surgery and then you can freeze your broth/soup and then pop out and place in plastic bags and keep in the freezer. Just get out one portion at a time so nothing goes to the bad or wasted and if you have different flavors of broth/soup then you can change up and not have to eat one flavor endlessly until that batch is finished. Nice thickness and beautiful red color.

Work really well but support tray needed. Don’t try to fill before having support tray like I did lol it got a bit messy.

I wanted to try making egg bites for a healthier breakfast, and these worked great. I didn't spray with olive oil or anything, and it was extremely simple to pop them out with no residue (there's a little water, but that's from the spinach).Like other reviews said, however, they're a bit flimsy and you need to put them on a baking pan, but that's not an issue for me. It feels like it will last a while, as well - the other muffin pans I've used tend to rust, and that's not an issue here.

These are much smaller than standard muffin tins. They are also very flimsy. I do like that they keep anything from sticking to them quite well. But if I had to choose between these and regular metal muffin tins, I think I would reach for the old school metal ones. I do think these would work well for things that are more likely to stick to a metal tin like egg bites or confectionary type things.
