The wedge itself worked decently enough for the first hour I used it, but then it fell off and couldn't be found. It should really come with a tether instead of tiny float.

I have been using this wake shaper since 2019 and it just worked great for our family. It improved our boat wake dramatically and allowed the kids to lean and play with the waves.I am writing a review now, 3 years later, as I just had a small issue with my unit and reached out to WAKE 10. Their support was way beyond what I would expect from customer service in such a case.The product is great, the price is incredibly competitive, and amazing customer support. I don't think anyone can ask for more from a merchant in Amazon.

This thing works great. Really improved our surf wake. A lot. I wish it floated though… I ended up tying it to the boat with paracord cause I don’t trust it. But it definitely works at a fraction of the price the dealer wanted to sell me one.

Suction seamed good however the hull of the AR195 is too shallow to attach the wake 10. Don’t work as expected.

Suction seems good hasn’t come off yet. Can load even ballast in both rear lockers and just change the tab for surf side. So far we’re extremely happy with it.

If your boat doesn't provide a great wake for surfing, it's not going to with this either. It does clean up the wake nicely to make it a bit more crisp. It's nice that the provide a tether but the clip should be coated in plastic as it swings around in the water and scratches the gell coat.I have a 2001 Centurion Air Warrior, the rounded edges make it to where i cannot place the shaper far enough back to be effective. On a boat that you could place this all the way in the back corner I could see it working better.I tried everything, I have 2 800 pound sacks in the back, a 350 in the center and 800 in the bow. I moved the shaper all over the place to get it to work. I don't think it's worth the hassle in installing. Dissapointed in the result. Turns out you really just need a $50k boat, bummer!

First the bad... after using the wake 10 for 2+ months (multiple times a week) it came off and unfortunately the cord broke which means we lost the wake creator. This is the only reason for a 4 star review on suction power, it did come off and the cord did break. Wished it would float!Now the good... customer service was amazing within 5 days we had a new one delivered to our house. What we also learned as we went out 1 time without the wake 10 was just how much the wake 10 improved the wake on our boat. The wake was nearly unsurfable without the wake10. We learned very quickly just how good the wake 10 was at creating a smoother, longer, more powerful wake and love the customer service!Hard to imagine the other wake shapers are that much better at a much higher price point. By the way... did I mention the customer service?!? Not sure I've ever experienced better.

I bought this wake shaper to see if it would be an improvement over the one I had. I don't usually write reviews but This product is a game changer for my boat (a 2007 Tige 24v) so I felt I should. I bought my old wake shaper the first year they came out and there were only 2 products. It helped but the pocket was short. The Wake 10 completely changed the push of the wake. It took a little while for us all to learn to ride it because the pocket is longer and taller. We can now pump back into the sweet spot from much further back in the wake than we could previously. The old one we also had to have one person on the boat and one in the water to get it on. Wake 10 goes on easily by just leaning over the boat edge. Then the icing on the cake is that it is also comparatively inexpensive. For $159 I don't think you can go wrong. Get the wake 10 and get out on the water.

Finally got a calm day to try the Wake 10 on my 2001 Air Nautique. It doesn't make the wake bigger but it does a tremendous job improving the wake quality. I had 450 lbs in the rear tanks and 400 lbs in the mid boat ski locker running at 10.5 mph. With the shaper the face was clean, steeper, and longer. My interest is wakefoil surfing and this allows me to ride in a safer position further behind the boat on the first wake. The foil accelerates when you lose altitude and it is easy to get too close to the stern. With a 75 ft rope, I can easily surf the second wake. The suction cups have great hold and the leash is long enough to switch sides without detaching it. It floats but barely. Highly recommended!
