Great Dly laser engrave!This laser engraver is so easy to set up and use. l'm so glad l bought it. it's allowed me to do so many creative things whelit comes to crafts and hobbies, t's fantastic! The enaraving on wood was fine, For the alass, failed engraving because ofmy lack of experience. The second time l contacted after-sales support, they told me to use a marker to paint the glasssurface black and provided a video for me. l followed the video instructions and the engraving was successful. it’s easy tooperate for a beginner like me. And it's enough for daily use. l will recommend it to my friends

I have been unable, over the course of 5 solid months to get this machine to connect at all. Not over wifi, not via the cable, not via ANY known and approved source the 'manual' approves of. It won't connect to several cell phones, and 3 different computers. I've attempted to email the company and they've ignored my emails entirely. The machine simply will not connect, nor work, for me in the slightest and no one will refund me - so I've waited a ton of money that could have gone elsewhere.

I had been waiting to write this review because I wanted to really try the machine.For now, I have tried it in basswood, painted aluminum tumblers and cups, leather, and furniture.It works great in general. I do not like how it works in leather because it twists the leather while it burns it you will need something to hold the leather to avoid twisting.I do miss that CutLab is very limited, many times lowers the quality of the image during the processing to engrave it and that is not cool.The laser doesn't cut basswood by it self but if you want to use it to cut it you can just run the image over and over again with protection underneath so it ends up cutting but it is not the main thing.I miss materials to work properly because it says that "you can engrave in blackened glass" but you do not have such material in their store or so to use it. It would be nice they did. Also it says that you can upgrade the laser but no laser attachment is sold for this thing.To connect to the wifi is very simple, you just need to plug it with the USB and then tell the machine to connect by wifi to the IP port. Never loses connection and the only issue I had is that sometimes says that there is not TF card inside. I just reboot the system and it works.I advice to pair the machine with the air purifier because some materials can be toxic if not burnt in ventilated areas.The pros:- Small and light weight- You can engrave big pieces like chairs or tables or katanas by placing the machine on top of it and adjusting the laser rulette.- Great price and qualityThe cons:- you can engrave only areas of 8x8 cm and since the software doesn't have an image preview (only allows to preview the square you will engrave, not the full image), you can't overlap images to make bigger prints- You can't engrave mirror or metal that is not paint coated. Anything reflective won't work and will damage the laser.Overall:Great quality for the price, versatile, even when it has it's limitations.PD: the driver or software will show in windows as "not known distributor" what means that Windows do not recognizes the brand software, but it is not a virus as other comments say, it is just Windows saying that the brand is not a big brand with registered software in the windows company, nothing to be afraid of, it happens with many things.

Works great, easy to set up and use.It works better than I expected. I refer to the video to install the driver and then the engraver is connected to my computer right away. I tested the machine with engraving on my glass cup. It works great.This 3W laser engraver is great for small-scale projects. It is a fantastic tool for DIY enthusiasts looking to personalize wood, leather, or glass.However, the working area is quite small (3.15 x 3.15 inches), limiting its use to small engravings. It’s not ideal for larger or professional-grade work, but its performance and ease of use make it a solid choice. It is a bit slow, for the small area that it engraves, but it does a pretty decent job for the price.

Update: 1.30.25:The original unit worked for two months then the laser died. The company sent me out a new unit. The new (replacement) laser unit lasted about an hour of use and it too failed. The new problem is a broken plastic piece inside the unit. The company said it was most likely damaged in shipping. Unfortunately, the company is unwilling to send me another replacement unit. Instead they want to send me (at the end of February), 3 weeks away, the part to replace. Which means I have to disassemble a complicated unit myself to get it working.I can't recommend this product any longer. if the company would have sent out a another new unit to replace the broken unit from shipping (like they did the first time). I would have kept my review as is, which was mostly favorable.

I may have reviewed this machine earlier, but now that I've used it for a month I will review it again. Machine works well. I use it to sign the bottom of wooden bowls that I turn on my lathe. The unit is devised to engrave on flat surfaces. In my case I had to devise a mechanical system to hold the unit in place above a bowl sitting underneath. Keep this in mind if you're in a similar situation. The unit comes with a chart that tells you how fast and how intense the laser beam should be set to move across different materials. For the wooden bowls I'm engraving, one setting seems to work for all, but your situation may be different. It was a little tricky for me to get my iPad to serve this unit. I had to create the artwork on my Mac and then upload the images to the iPad that I've connected to the engraver in my shop. A little complicated initially, but for what I do, it works OK. If your intention is mass production, this unit might be too slow for you. It takes over a minute to burn each of my jobs. So, for work on the scale I require and with my ability to improvise the physical requirements and the image creation and transfer, the unit is just about perfect. I’m glad I didn’t invest in the more expensive units
