These were listed as "NO Instructions on Back" which is what I needed. Ordered 4 packages and they ALL have printing on back. The shrink wrap label also says "NO Instructions on Back". Also, the labels were listed as self-seal and these are not self-seal. Would not order again or recommend these. If you need to use them even though they are totally different than what you expected, the overall quality is not bad.

These full length 1/8" shreds were coming off my W-2s after they were printed, which made them unusable. Once I noticed it, I turned the forms over and that seemed to fix the problem, but I printed the instructions on the back, so they were messed up in about 50% of my W-2s. Do not get these!!
