Great film for adding tint to lenses .It's all 'in the prep' and installation; used a heat gun to assist in application, worked well.Durable as well. Only bought this again due to a technician cracking a turn signal lens mount and having to buy new film to apply to new turn signal.Good buy

I rarely write reviews but this is absolutely the best product I have ever dealt with when it came to graphics and even just straight window tint I have a 2016 Chevy Equinox which has very hard to do headlights with tents because of the shape and Contours but with this material it was no match and it will simple and very fast to install. I highly recommend this product

If you have big and/or curved headlights or taillights you’ll give up trying. Had someone even help me who’s done it before and they even said it was hard for my type of taillights. Would not recommend if you have large and curved lights! Have to throw it away and order the spray tint instead.

A little difficult to work with but if you have experience with film shouldn’t give you a problem overall looks good

Wow! I bought this to darken a third brake light and I’m thoroughly impressed. No fluids or scraping. Just goes on like a sticker then put a little heat to it. No bubbles, no wrinkles. Great purchase

Easy to use and good product but is definitely not a tint. I bought it to replace the tint already on the car as it had bubbles in it. Did one light and put the lights on, absolutely no light came through. This is definitely not a tint for lights. Stuck some on a torch to show no light is let through. Outside right light is with this tint, other 3 with old tint.

Looks real good if you want to black out your car. Install wasn't hard at all. Just make sure you clean the surfaces as much as possible, let it dry, especially all the little crevices and use some paper tape on the paint points along the edges. It helps to pick up the film if you mess up. Take your time.I was worried the lights wouldn't show at night but they show fine. The light output does indeed dim a touch. I feel like going maybe smoke grey tint might be a little better for some. But all in all I like the product. I get allot of compliments. I also cut out some small pieces of the excess to put on the clear reverse points on my tail lights. Haven't taken a pic of those but it looks pretty clean as well. If I can update I will.

I've used a few different brands and Vvivid's is by far the best I've tried so far.ApplicationI used iso alcohol mixture to clean the surface, and created my lines with 3M knifeless tape.I roughly measured out a square area over the light concave, cut it and peeled the backing off.I started applying pressure with a vinyl wrap applicator tool thing (the rectangle scraper thing with the felt like material) from the middle of the light I was wrapping. Due to it being concave I had to make some relief cuts on corners but it worked well.I used the applicator tool to get it smooth on the light surface, and as close to the edges as possible. Don't stress too much, cause if you're using knifeless tape, once you pull the thread through you can use the applicator tool to lay the vinyl edge flat against the light.Once I had cut my lines with the thread from the knifeless tape, I used my heat gun to achieve full adhesion. With little manipulation the edges wrapped in once heat was applied. Much easier than other headlight vinyl I've used.PriceI'd say the price is quite high, but you get what you pay for really - especially for how forgiving it is for the generally untalented like myself!ColourI was worried it'd be too dark from the other reviews, but you can see it's not so aggressive.Lights shine very well through, but they are LEDs, older bulbs may not be so bright, but that's speculation.NotesI was actually impressed by the self healing element to it. I accidently scratched the surface of the vinyl with a blade, but applying heat took it straight out. Impressive, will probably gently heat the wrap each time I polish my car.TL;DR - don't be put off by the price, especially if you're a wrap novice. It's forgiving, great quality and looks beautiful.Hope this has helped.

Tinted the taillights on my SVT Focus. I used no water as instructed and the tint went on fine! If you haven't tinted lights before, it can be a pain to get around corners and curves, so take your time. This tint stretches nicely with heat so make sure to have a heat gun. Looks great and decent scratch resistance. This tint is DARK. Do not use on headlights. I am considering getting LED bulbs for the tail lights, the tail lights are barely visible in sunlight and the brake lights are a little questionable. Fine at night though.

The product is good adhesion is great this product is very dark though block quite a bit of light of my LEDs so this is what I do I had to take it off looking to order the light smoke or maybe even the chameleon next but if you're looking for a dark headlights or dark tail lights this is a very good product need a heat gun for sure
