Worked as well as a cheap screen should be expected to.Grievances:- Bad viewing angles, had to invert the screen to make it usable- Built in screen inversion option doesn't seem to work, had to use software- Hole spacing on the circuit boards didn't quite line up, if you want to mount them together with standoffs it can be done, but it's not very sturdy

Exactly what I wanted for my flight sim build but arrived with a giant diagonal bar across the right side of the screen. Visible even when the screen is disconnected from everything. Sigh.

This screen worked great for my project and shipped fast. The only thing I would hope these could come with in the future would be a bracket to use when mounting these. There isn't really much to use when trying to affix the board and screen to something. Item came with everything in the description and is of good quality.

Bought this to build a flight simulator setup, as part of a G530. I don’t recommend this unless you really need the size of the screen. The viewing angles are quite terrible and the contrast is very bad. this is not at all a state of the art display, like all of the other raspberry pi compatible displays that you can get for for next to nothing nowadays. Unfortunately this is the only display that comes close to the Garmin 530 display, so there was not much choice

I was willing to pay the extra to get one of these that I didnt have to import, but for 70 dollar's they really should include the required adapter. I have one that works but it would cost them almost nothing to throw that in, and I'd rather get that than a remote tbh!There was also a lot of unwashed flux on the controller board, and other details like a crookedly soldered IR sensor that I dont expect to find on a screen of this price. so I have a hard time rating it higher than 3 starsIts good in that it fills a niche in the 5" 4:3 HDMI screen market and its a very nice lttle display!but with the relatively low res for todays standards and the quality issues with the controller It feels a bit overpriced to me

When I received my display, it did not come with a remote (I assume mine is missing). The pictures show a green PCB for the driver and the one I received was blue. The biggest issue I had is that it doesn't come with a power supply, but only a description of one that would work without the most difficult part being described, the size of the barrel jack (type N, L, M, etc) is left out with only the voltages and amps required (12v 2+A). After doing some research, the board takes a Type N 12v 2+A power supply.Packaging was adequate and all jumpers were either pre-connected or simple to figure out where they plug into (keyboard jumper to input board, driver board jumper to driver board).
