Lots of small rocks, many ugly ones as well. Many of them are like 2 inches tall and 4 inches wide which are basically useless as dragon rock should be TALL. Wouldn't buy again, seems like someone's off cuts after hand picking good rocks.

Several big sized chunks and lots of varied smaller pieces, and i was actually expecting a lot more clay to rinse off too, but it wasn't too bad, so that was nice

Rocks are big with some smaller pieces, it's easy to break up or keep large.

The price was probably too good to be true. I ordered 44lbs and I would estimate roughly 10 - 15lbs of the rock wasn't actually rock. I'm not necessarily blaming the seller. There is really no way to tell until you start washing and inspecting it. It was mostly the smaller rocks that turned out to be compacted mud. Dry, it looks like an ordinary rock. Unfortunately, most of the package was smaller rocks.I used a toothbrush, which is recommended when cleaning Dragon Rock and it was evident after the first pass over, which rock was actually compacted mud. It feels brittle, when wet it turns a dark brown blackish color and you can literally use the toothbrush to dig deeper and deeper into the "rock" until it eventually crumbles. You will also notice that the mud on the "rock" never actually comes off clean no matter how many times you brush and rinse it. So buyer beware.... I can't imagine this is an isolated incident so some of you may have compacted mud in your aquarium and that can be harmful to your fish.

Rocks were shipped in a box with less than sufficient packaging. The rocks weren’t damaged but there were crumbles at the bottom. Decent selection of sizes that can be modified with a hammer and chisel. Make sure to wash the clay particles out thoroughly as they will cloud up the water.

Relatively clean when first arriving but of course took a day to clean off fully. Was slightly disappointed by a single large piece until I realized what u could make out of it. All pieces fit together perfectly and I consider this a great product. Make sure to fully submerge as there is still some clay left in the rock itself but it doesn’t leach, even after a whole day of soaking it.

Not a single piece was 6 inches. It was just a bunch of rocks thrown in a box with no protection. By the time it got to my house, I had two dozen rocks, none bigger than the palm of my hand. I poured the rest out and had two cups of pebbles and powder. I know it's just rocks, but they are my rocks... I paid for them. Would be nice if they at least made an attempt at packaging them, or respond to my request for replacement. Unless you have a 5 gallon aquarium, these are worthless (not even worth gluing together).
