This little fan surprised me with the superior quality compared to cheaper fans.It's also very attractive. For a relatively small fan, it's more powerful than I expected. It's made of metal, not plastic and heavy enough to be very stable.The noise level on the high setting while not loud ,is noticeable. The low setting is more like white noise.I have a large room Vornado fan that's at least 20 years old and still works better than anything on the market today. I expect this little one to perform as well.

Love, love, love. Personal space airflow on point. Not too strong, not too weak. Just light enough for personal use without disturbing others around you who may be chilly. Only downside is the screws keep coming loose on the base. I already lost one :(. Design and functionality is perfection besides that.

So cute! It decent made, I've used it a while and it has held up great. It sits on my nightstand and doesn't take up much space. It isn't overaly loud, in my opinion. Nice air flow for such a small fan. Trendy style.

I had the larger version of this fan which lasted for many years. It finally gave up the ghost and I decided to try this personal-sized version. It’s really fantastic! I love the vintage style, the fact that it’s constructed in metal—not plastic. It’s small enough to take with you from room to room when concentrating on heat-producing tasks like ironing or cooking. The fan appears durable and should last for years. It’s not cheap looking, yet the price is affordable. I find it extremely powerful despite its small size.—I hardly ever use the highest setting. It will keep you cool in bed without making you feel as if you’re freezing (although I actually need to turn it off at some point—it’s that powerful!). I recommend it to anyone who wants to stay comfortably cool without blasting the air conditioning to an uncomfortable, frigid temperature.

This fan is made of metal, well designed, and very functional. Small enough to be on a desk but large enough to move the air in a small space. I would have liked 3-speeds, instead of 2, with a lower fan setting, but the two settings are okay.

First the looks are every bit as nice in person in my setting as the advertising made me imagine. It definitely has enough power to move a decent amount of air on the low speed which is quiet enough for a bedroom.The higher speed might be too much for a small diameter fan because there's a noticeable propeller sound. I wouldn't want it on high setting in a bedroom. Not recommended. In fact the high speed setting is pretty useless because of the noise. Personally I would have liked to have seen a lower speed for the "high" setting that's a bit more biased towards "quietness".Any small diameter fan will be loud at high speed. Ask any PC builder. However I'll give it credit for sounding solid.Initial impression is that it's reasonably well engineered and well made even though it's got a plastic propeller. It does the job that I bought it for. I only need a relatively low speed fan and looks are really important for this application so it was the ideal fit.For comparison it moves more air on the low speed setting than a 6" Comfort Zone fan on it's high setting that it's replacing, so I'm happy as long as it has a decent longevity which is still TBD. But for the money I'm super happy for now, anyway

Obviously, this fan is aesthetically pleasing, which is a big bonus, but I also got it because I was so tired of having fans that quit after a year’s use, and were glued together so you couldn’t attempt to fix any problems. I’m also sick of plastic things, so the metal construction was a perk too. This thing is very small, but it’s a chunk! Very nice weight to it. It gets docked a star for sound. In fact, I almost returned it because I was afraid I just couldn’t take it. The fan noise part is fine, but it has a whine to the motor that is at a register I just found really annoying. I have sensory issues, so I’m probably more picky about this than a lot of people. I wouldn’t say it’s really quiet, but overall I like my fans to have a bit of noise, since I need some white noise to sleep. Anyway, I’ve gotten used to it over time. It occasionally does get a rattle, hazards of a metal fan, but mostly it’s good. I also can’t believe how much air it moves for such a small fan! I had a fan this size before, and you had to be about a foot from it before you felt any air coming out. This won’t give you the air power of a bigger fan of course, but it really moves the air, and has kept me cool at night. Overall it’s a great fan. Wish it didn’t have the whine to the motor, but that’s really my only complaint. I will likely be buying a larger one from this company eventually since it seems so well made.

I owned two beautiful Vornado fans back in the States, I was excited to find this... however this fan came in a damaged box (looks like it was returned previously. Upon opening it, it doesn't even look like Vornado... I plugged it in to try it and it is sounds like the motor is broken and within seconds I can smell burning wire that filled my entire living room. Horribly dissapointing.

Had to return 2 of these now. The first worked for around 15 minutes before dying and the second one didn't work at all.Yes they look nice but a lack of reliability lets these down badly.

So these are the pro's and con's:Pro's:-This is a beautiful little fan especially if you love military green that shines like a car.- Nothing metallic about it but honestly I don't think it matters because it's a genuinely good looking fan. Something out of a movie?- It's heavier than it looks which makes it feel solid. It's heavy enough to feel like a pro point is what I'm trying to say.- this will provide enough cooling potential for one person, not an entire room like the other vornado's- perfect for the personal occasion - be it study time, work or those nights when your wife kicks you out of bed during summers and you have to crash on the couch.Cons:- speed 1 is quiet as heck. So quiet that the first time I switched it to speed 1 I dint even realize it was on. Speed one feels like a casual breeze. Speed 2 however sounds like the smallest jet engine or an efficient hair dryer. Something you have to get used to. It doesn't bother me but some people do get bothered by it. It's understandable.All in all - would I recommend it? Ofcourse! Just look at it! Who wouldnt want that? I've even put it up next to the Trident gum box so you get an estimate of how large this is.

I am so happy with this little fan! I currently work from home where I have no AC. I debated between buying something cheap and effective but made of plastic, or buying this more expensive but all metal and beautiful fan. I do not regret my choice! It enhances the decor rather than being a 'necessary evil'. And it works great even if it is quite small. There are two fan settings, and most days I put it at the lowest level which is completely silent and enough to cool me off from close by. The highest level makes a small buzzing noise but it doesn't bother me at all. Overall it feels like great quality that should last a long time.
