This was my first go at trying electrical work, and I’m pretty proud to say that I got this working! I took a star off only because the bulbs that the unit comes with alternate between a warm and cool white when turned off and on (and sometimes they just randomly switch) resulting in me needing to get new bulbs for the unit. But all the sockets work, and the fixture is much more attractive than the old 2008 track that was in its place.Would gladly give the other star back if the manufacturer improves the quality of the lightbulbs you get when you install

This is a large but lightweight lighting fixture that can be attached to a single ceiling box. It is relatively easy to install, the only major issue being that it is a little unwieldy. However, it is light enough that one person can hold it up and handle the wire nuts.The finish is a cheerful silver that matches my existing fixtures decently. The sockets are fine and overall it seems like a good piece for a reasonable price.
