Before installing your new rectifier, check the AC output of the rectifier. Replace any burned or corroded connectors on rectifier. Check and repair any melted wiring. Use high temperature dielectric grease on all connectors.

This product fit my 2007 Ranger 700 XP. perfectly. Took maybe five minutes to change. We will see how long it last. But I have voltage again. Took out the misses on my engine. Gonna see how much it improves the lighting tonight. Look built well. Performance good charging battery again. @14.5 volt dc

The description lacks comas so I read it to fit my Polaris 500. It doesn't. Its too big. Had to return it and order another one which works great.
